I had to get a ride from this location back to Maquoketa because for some reason I wasn't able to drop off the truck in Maquoketa, which is where I'm staying for work without a car.

It was very smoky in there from cigarette smoke. People were very nice. Truck was very loud! Could hardly hear the radio.

Your app for returns is terrible. It wouldn't let both of my phones input pictures. If my father didn't have his phone, I wouldn't have been able to return it. I wasted at least 20 minutes on your app. My family will never rent from a unmanned location again.

made me driving 30 miles to pick up the trailer , the staff could not connect the safety chain to the car ( had to stop at the U-Haul service center in Bettendorf to get it fixed)
nobody did wear a mask at the Calamus pick up location

The manager was having computer problems, most likely not due to her skills or computer. My prepaid invoice required $1,19 more, which I paid in cash. The trailer had a damaged rail, but it was usable for the trip. Also, some of the marker lights were not functioning.

The wife and husband were so professional and truly made me feel welcome when entering the company. They were closing as I was traveling to the place and came back to open understanding my situation. I had to drive 40 minutes away from my preferred location to pick up this Uhaul. The owner of the home was nice, but the drive to his location wasn't a breeze. Also, I never received my discount for the extra gas & mileage to get there. I'll be calling your support team to receive that credit.

Clean the truck of the cat urine smell that busy bee where it was rented didn't do for me. Appalling! Now I'm charged a cleaning fee. Beyond reprehension!!
