Cheryl GThe business is closed. There's no drop box, just a snow filled parking lot with U-Haul trucks. The whole organization and my rental experience was not even 0 stars, it was in the negative. The app doesn't work, the staff are rude and not one thing went as it should. I would rather burn my belongings than have to deal with U-Haul again.
