LAZARO AI think this location would benefit from an employee being on site. Ive never unloaded a trailer before and it was a bit nerve racking to do it myself. The building was abandoned and there were not clear parking spots to leave the equipment

Jerry TKaren and High Bridge NJ are EXCEPTIONAL!!! Every single time. The UHaul APP and website, however, are absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Unless I talk to Karen directly, I absolutely cannot make a reservation. I go on your app and site for more than an hour, and all they do are tell me there's nothing for miles and miles, make a reservation and then cancel it, give me wrong information, etc. They never ever ever work. You guys should be ashamed. It is a disgusting business system. Thank God for owners like Karen, who are excellent business people and really care about their customers.
Ruth POverall very good experience. Truck was there waiting for us. The only negative I have is never received an email for final invoice and/ or confirmation of return.
Marty PThe office hours are not actual office hours. If you say you have certain office hours, you should have it. The truck I picked up was very dirty in the bed/container area. The person was nice and pleasant. The blankets were very clean.

mark kFor starters, the UHaul agent at HIgh Bridge (Karen) was great. She was very responsive to any questions and very helpful. She clearly put customer service above all else. As for the van, it was very good for my purposes, especially the size, it was bigger inside than I expected. However, the person who rented it before me left it rather dirty and dusty. The front was especially dusty, enough that I needed to wipe it down myself before I used it. In general, it served its purpose and no major complaints. It was nice to have a local UHaul rep in High Bridge as this is the second time I have used them.
William EFor 24/7 pick up it would help to know what phone settings should be ahead of time. List some time with difficulties there, but otherwise a smooth process from that point on.

bradley rThe system locked us out and did not give us a code to get the key. We were on the phone with "road-side assistance" for over an hour and a half trying to get assistance. We were on hold, requested call backs that disconnected, spoke to agents that had no idea how to help us, and agents, that simply just put us back in the que to be left on hold for 2 minutes each time. We had two phones on hold and two phones requesting call backs and finally someone was able to give us the access code for the key. On drop off, we had to hid the key because, again, the process did not work. The rep said there was a large orange drop off box for the key, which we never say. The app is not easy to use, and obviously we were not given good directions for the pick up and drop off procedures. Would never use this location again, and will probably try another rental company next time. This was an absolutely terrible experience at a late hour. There is no way to get someone in technical support nor customer service easily.

Karen NWas sent to a closed location and was not given access to online checkin until 3-4 phone calls with uhaul. Never using this service again considering the price and lack of service. Wish i could give 0 stars.

john sTruck was in good condition mechanically and using the cellphone App to pick up and return worked great…EXCEPT the back of the truck had dirt/mud in it AND it was open when we arrived!! We paid for furniture pads that were NOT anywhere to be found. I haven't been able to get a refund for them, AND I am worried that I will get charged for not returning them.
BRADLEY CLocation was closed for the day. I did not agree to obtain the truck using the app only. We really needed this truck on this particular day. We were desperate!! Most associates couldn't help us. They stated there was a glitch in the system to obtain the truck via the app. Finally I reached CALEB ( from TX) who saved the day. He spent almost 5 hours on the phone and never gave up assistance till we retrieved a truck. He had the patience of a saint and a calming, reassuring mannerism in dealing with my anxiety. He didn't just go the extra mile, but at least 100 miles to satisfy our needs.

karen iThe owner or R &K Petro was lovely. The equipment was a whole other story. This truck was probably from the early 90's. The lights on the dash were demanding to be serviced and the gas guage was off. It had roll down windows, (thats okay) and it had 2 ash tray car adapters that you would use to theoretically plug in your car adapter and charge your phone. I was driving far so I stopped on the road and purchased an adapter for the car. After getting in the car, I realized that BOTH OF THOSE PORTS DONT WORK. So my phone dies, Im lost, spent another hour looking for a portable charger in the middle of nowhere. So that said. The equipment needs to be thrown out. I was worried I'd blow a tire, and overall the fact that the standard equipment wasn't working cost me allot of time. The lady was lovely, but this truck has seriously got to go.

Ken MI had to drop off the truck after hours. Again, the website did not allow me to upload photos of the fuel gauge and odometer. The button on the website to select pictures did nothing!

Dominick PThe dashboard was sticky, I found old food under the seat, and a one hitter pipe full of marijuana. I drove from NJ to FL with my 8yr old and could of been in a lot of trouble if pulled over
LUIS FThe location was excellent but my experience aside from the location was an absolute disaster. I was switched to this location because of a mechanical issue on a van that was much closer to where I live. It appears that the rental information didn't get transferred over to the new location. The entire check in procedure over the phone for the 24 hour service was a complete disaster.
