I had to check in the truck myself, i.e. taking pictures of the location, back, sides and front and inside condition of the truck, and the mileage, and gas gauge. What if I didn't have an iPhone or if the cell phone service was out. I would expect a drop off location to have someone to assist the customer.

What you can do to improve my experience if i were to be another customer would to provide more complimentary services. Making consumers who are low income feel included with your overall customer who can afford your fees. I needed uhaul for a second trip but i was only given a bare minimum of miles and no full tank. I think all U-Hauls should have complimentary gas. Or reimbursement to former customers if put in place if they were to use service again. One time reimbursement. I think that would give me a customer incentive to purchase service again. As of now, no because the app does not work. Had a horrible experience loading and unloading and traveling. Uhauls bad on gas mileage regarding miles per gallon, strips more from customer. Slum uhauls instead of slumlords. I would never want anyone to think I'm so greedy for money as a business that i can't offer incentives or complimentary services with purchase. I'd want recurring long term customers. I say this bc i am in school at lsu for business and poli so i know how this should work.

DONALD WILLISThis is a best Uhaul location in Bogolusa, LA. The other locatoin close to the downtown area is not good. The guy did not show up to work most of the time. Uhaul should stop doing business at this location.

They didn't hook the trailer up thank God someone else was with me!!!! How do you rent equipment you can't even hook up... never again.. the self check in and out online didn't work... I was also over charged for miles
JEFFREY TERRELLThe requested utility dolly was not in the truck when I picked it up. Luckily another nearby location had one available. I was a little annoyed at being charged for a few extra miles after returning the truck with a full tank of fuel. I feel like this is nickle and diming.

Couldnt afford to rent from you again there isnt any other rental place around here and no vans at cheaper mileage like i needed had to get larger size than i needed but had no choice i think its like that so people like me on a fixed income has to pay way more.and there was a couple of fees that i dont understand why .i wont be renting from you again if i can help it
HARVEY VENIERR and R Lawnmower did an excellent job, it was Uhaul that failed me. My reservation was cancelled twice, not by me, and when I called Uhaul's customer service, I was transferred 5 times and then hung up on.

Charlie told me exactly what I needed to hook up the trailer and guided me to a nearby auto parts store so I could get the proper equipment. He hooked everything up for me and just could not have been nicer! A wonderful experience and I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Eddie Morgantow dolly was broken and damaged my car. The transmission on the truck made HORRIBLE noises - especially when going uphill. This was a nightmare from the beginning. Very unhappy with U-haul. Did not get what we thought we were paying for: equipment that was safe and worked properly.
