patrick yWas night and returned equipment with website so couldn't see much. But parking lot was spacious with plenty of room to park truck. That's rare with U-Haul locations and very appreciated. But the U-Haul app is garbage and buggy. Had to use the website instead.

Kenneth JThe experience was horrible. I've rented from U-Haul many, many times and this one particular truck was just a mess. Firstly the fuel was not on the half way mark like the paperwork said (I'll get back to this momentarily). I Ended up with a flat tire in the middle of loading, took the repair people over 60 minutes to arrive because they said U-Haul called them out then canceled then called them again. While I was paying for hourly moving help. Secondly at the end of my move I went to refuel only to discover that the fuel tank has a hole in it. Gasoline started pouring out all over the concrete at the gas station. I only refueled up to $10 stopped the pump and the fuel gage has not moved. It was a total disaster. When I called to report it, it didn't seem like a big deal to them. I just know I better not get hit with a big ass fuel charge from U-Haul.

daniel rI still have not gotten a receipt with the total charges listed out. Even when I go to the links for my order I can see what the order was but the link for estimated taxes is still there without showing what my total charge was. I can scroll down and see the total charge but I need a printable charge sheet for reimbursement for the transfer. The uhaul website is difficult to use, I have been unable to get my password changed because the one time code to change it never comes through. I know it works other times because I receive one time codes to see my order. This should be addressed promptly.

Darryl SThe blinkers were wired incorrectly. If I used the right blinker my truck blinker come on for the right side but the trailer blinker come on the left side. Same for other blinkers
Tom RWhen we picked up the uhaul I told the clerk I needed an extra day. She said the location where we were dropping it was closed so we could take it any time that day and not be charged. Actually, they were open until 5 pm, and called looking for the uhaul. We took it in that evening and ended up with a $90 charge (we were expecting $40) and I had to call to have the whole thing explained to me as to why we were getting this big charge. I wish the clerk at this location had informed me of this.
