joseph M.I Originaly had a pick up site not too far from my location. Almost but not quite guaranteed that location would have one. 48-72 hours before pickup i was told that they couldn't get the auto transport that I needed. Long story short, I had to travel Almost 3 hours to get the trailer I needed. I am not at all pleased with the glens falls location. But the Prattville dealer was very pleasant to do business with.

KEVIN WAYNE L.Staff were not present at the drop off location. I had to search for 45 min to find an employee. I picked up my trailer rental and dropped it off the same day. Friday 8/28. I got a bill for extra days because the drop off location failed to mark my trailer returned on the correct day. This is unacceptable. I called their number and the main Uhaul number on my documentation. Not only did the local drop off location never answer the phone the main corporate people failed to call me back.

Teresa E.Location and manager were great. However, UHaul contacted me separately and attempted to change pickup location despite locations booking and what I thought was confirmation. I asked UHaul rep to not change pickup location but they said nothing they could do. Location rep was able to assist and get pickup time and location worked out.

Barbara M.Fix the published hours or adhere to published hours, more training on how to execute and alter a reservation, know the difference between charges and credits,(My credit card was charged three transactions totaling about $300 for what should have been about $70) have ready answers to common questions such as the gas fill up charge per gallon, and lastly have a bell or something for customers to communicate to staff out of the office that they need service.
