Dropped truck off and dropped key in the box. It was closed even though it was 8:30 am and they were supposed to open at 8:00 am. Must be Michigan hours.

Randy went above and beyond. The truck was very dirty in the cargo area. It looked like someone had hauled drywall in it. It took me well over an hour to clean out and make it suitable for our furniture to go in.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with uhail as a whole. Originally I had to go 30+ miles out of my way to pick up a truck when there is a location 10 min from me. I had to pay for additional gas and mileage due to extended drive. I paid for a dolly that was not on a truck, was then told to pick one up at my local u-haul, drove there to be told they did not have one. I received a $50 credit which was a slap in my face after all the time and money wasted. Something that was supposed to better my family and what should have been an exciting time, uhaul made this absolutely stessful and put me several hours behind my schedule between the driving out of my way to pick up, calling and being left in hold, driving to get a dolly that was already paid for and to just be told sorry can't help, and of course all the phone calls that had to be made by me to u-haul. And of course the drop off location calling me and asking where the dolly was when I never received it to begin with. Just a awful situation from all parties.

Guarantee pick up location. I booked reservation two weeks in advance for a location 3 miles from my house. Three days before the pick up date, I was called and told no vehicle available in my area and my pick up location was changed to a location that is a 30 minute driver away. Finding out my pick up location is not guaranteed very well may change who I rent from next time.

I had originally been scheduled to pick up at Decatur but although I scheduled well in advance. Moving my pickup to Watervliet completely screwed me as I had to find someone to drive me to Watervliet and had to wake them up. Besides all that I had to pay for the gas to Watervliet from Decatur and back in the Truck. I should have been compensated for that. Had they not lied to me4 I would have kept looking for a rental truck. I doubt I will ever use U-Haul again.

The truck was clean and customer service great but did not drive right. Because of a complication on uhauls side it took extra long not the pick up places fault
