Main office,from beginning, wrote me up for truck, not a trailer, we wanted a trailer, and pick up terminal said we were written up for truck, as it worked out, it was fine., chain of command was wrong right down to pick up, but it worked out

This was the cleanest best maintained truck with over 50k I have ever rented. Brakes worked well, engine ran well. There was even signs of the door locks being greased. I never fill they things out. But they earned it. Great people!!!!!!

Pick up was after location was closed, I was not able to do it using my I-phone (the system stated that I need to come back in the morning). The people at the location opened the office and did everything needed through their computer, it was very nice of them. But still - the phone pick up system is not good

Fix the published hours or adhere to published hours, more training on how to execute and alter a reservation, know the difference between charges and credits,(My credit card was charged three transactions totaling about $300 for what should have been about $70) have ready answers to common questions such as the gas fill up charge per gallon, and lastly have a bell or something for customers to communicate to staff out of the office that they need service.
