The lock on the truck was difficult to get off but when I called for help the ladies were amazing. One of the ladies was Ava and she was an amazing help to me.

The convenience store manager could not help me with Uhaul. He said he didn't know how to dispatch the truck, and that it was up to me to figure it out. He was rude and didn't care that he screwed up. Uhaul needs to remove this location from their listing. I did not choose this location, but it is the location Uhaul set up based on truck availability I guess. In the future, Uhaul needs to give their customers the ability to choose or at least opt out if the reviews are horrible. If I had seen the reviews for this location before Uhaul called me to tell me the location, I would have asked to pick a different location, even if it was further away.

No lock box in the car. The store clerk made me an hour late for my reservation because he kept telling me to look for the key in the back of the truck but it was actually inside the gas station the whole time. The gas station as also supposed to be open during the time i did my drop off but they were closed. I had to call customer service for 30 minutes at 2a to try to figure out what i was supposed to do with the key! ILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN!!!

I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN AND I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND UHAUL TO MY WORST ENEMY. I WAS CHARGED TWICE FOR ONE VEHICLE. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS PROVIDED AFTER HOLDING THE PHONE FOR 40 MINUTES.
