The U-Haul broke Down. The wheel almost came off the truck when I was going 60 miles an hour. I am lucky to be alive. I probably will go with Penski for any future moves.

I received a text that I was eligible for an upgrade and I replied 'Y' to the text and never received a call or the upgrade. I never received a confirmation phone call either. I got a call, I wasn't available to answer. I got a text saying to respond with a good time to call. I said I was available anytime or they could call at 6pm AZ time. No one ever called

Matthew LThis location charged me 709 dollars more than what I had already paid. All they had to do was look at the notes or take the time to look at the text that was sent Saturday stating that my drop off location was changed. Instead they charged me wrong drop off location fees. They have cameras outside yet charged me for drop off on Sunday when I clearly dropped off the U-Haul on Saturday. Charged me for over 50 miles I'm additional miles when my contract clearly states I only went over 6 miles. This location is a scam. They attempted to just make money off of me with zero effort to try and correct the issue. So again I have to call customer service in order to fix their errors and luckily customer service was able to validate everything I was saying and put in to fix the issue with their regional manager. So we will see what happens now. I'm still owed 709 dollars from that location.

Rayne HI thought renting a uhaul was for a day and not just a few hours! I may have only needed for 8-10 hours but was charged for two days when I brought it back in before 9am the following day!

Margaret BSome of the equipment that I reserved on the web site was not available and I had to move without a dolly. The person in charge was not able to explain why the application allows me to reserve equipment that they do not have on the premises. I called customer service and they did not help me, in the end all the employees said "I'm sorry" but none of them solved the problem. I lost about an hour because of the inconvenience. The company did not mind wasting my time or providing good service.

Brian BThe pick up and drop off process was way too Tedious and time consuming and very unsafe when I returned it to a dark I returned it to a dark location at night. What is supposed to be convenient is In fact Inconvenient.
Nicole MIt smelled terrible, it look like it hadn't been cleaned in a year. I had to spray it down with lysol before letting my wife get in it. With everything going on today with Covid, you would think that uhaul would care about keeping their customers safe.

Jeremy MStaff is awesome. Quoted me. Was patient when I was deciding and was in and out on pick up day. They also did a detailed report on the water leakage that my trailer had. Everything I had in it, got soaked and destroy the boxes, which caused me huge issues. If the amount of water that leaked in is consider water resistant. I will just use my open trailer next time or rent from another trailer company. Service is top notch. This trailer was not.

DOUGLAS CThis was not the original pick up for our uhaul, we made reservations on Jan 22, 2021 and last minute on Feb 11, 2021 they switched us to this location. The truck cab was dirty inside. We had reserved an appliance dolly and this location did not have one. We had to drive to the original location we reserved at and they had no dollies, they referred us to another location. We added all these miles on our reservation that were not necessary and we paid for them. We could not spend that time looking for the dolly so we could not move our washer and dryer.

Nubian HOnly problem we had is the truck pulled hard to the right if you let go of the steering wheel. so you had to keep the wheel turned to the left to go straight down the road.
Debra ANothing wrong with the lcostion, uhaul did not take one license saying it was not a valid license when it clearly was. They should either have actual people that know what they are doing behind the desks or say you don't take certain states that you clearly can't read a valid drivers license.
