Also drop of location changed twice this was from rays to a place 40 minutes away back yo rays. Rays was great to work with.

This location as busy ordering auto supplies and had some trouble logging onto the U-Haul app so there was about a 5 minute wait to drop off the truck. Still I appreciate having all these satellite locations so we don't have to drive far to pick up or drop off a vehicle.

Richard RotzThe actual shop was not the issue. Unfortunately, Uhaul gave us the wrong address for this location which caused an extra 30 min drive due to glare ice road conditions. It was 5:30am and Uhaul customer service was no help, they told me I would have to talk to the Scheduling dept which didn't open until 7am. At the end of the day we took our chances of using the Google Maps location for the auto shop and it worked out. Regardless, hugely frustrating experience particularly since the mileage it took due to uhauls misinformation caused us mileage overcharges.
