While the location is superb and outstanding UHaul as a company sucks. The location reserved my truck and made sure everything was in order. UHaul however ager 2 hours of standing in the cold and seven customer service reps and five calls later would grant me access to my reserved truck. They made me give not one but two names and phone numbers of people to verify I existed as a human. This was AFTER they had a selfish of me, my drivers license photo front and back and my credit-card number. I don't know why all this information gathering was necessary for the rental of a truck that I have repeated for the last 20 years or so. Not to mention the scam they run by putting 19,95 per day rental. They now charge 0,99 a mile so for an 8hr rental' less than half a day, it was $91.00. I will everything I can to rent from somewhere else in the future. But the location cannot be any better those guys are so accommodating and helpful. UHaul is lucky those folks chose to help customers that way.

Bekky MonroeGreat experience! I decided at the last minute to rent a van to finish a move since it was raining. This location was close. I reserved online for a pickup 15 minutes later. I walked in & everyone was polite, friendly & helpful. The van still smelled new (only 823 miles on it). It was clean & drove nicely. Drop off 4 hours later was a breeze. I would definitely rent from this location again.
