Amy TI reserved a 26' truck and car trailer for pick up at 8am on Sunday 10/27 in Clute, TX, but the location had no record of my reservation and referred me to UHaul Delivery, which rescheduled my truck and trailer for pick-up 20 miles away in Angleton, TX at 12:30pm on 10/27, however when I arrived at the location, they did not have the equipment and after calling UHaul Delivery for an update, I was told that my truck was delayed 1 hour. After the hour came, I received a call from UHaul Delivery as I was halfway back to the Angleton location informing me that they could no longer locate the truck and my only other option was to drive 100 miles to Conroe, TX to pick up the truck and trailer at 4pm. I ended up having to drive 100 miles each way to pick up the truck and trailer resulting in an entire day lost when I was supposed to be moving. This was a terrible experience, and I will never use UHaul again. Furthermore, I am going to tell anyone I know who may be moving to rent from your competition as your equipment reservation service is terrible. Why even make a reservation if you aren't going to have the equipment available at the time and location I reserved it? I was also charged over $120 for 29 gallons of fuel since I did not refill the gas tank which I believe I should be reimbursed for since my wife and I had to drive 200 miles to get the truck and lost an entire day and we both had to take off work on Monday 10/28 to move our things.

Levis WVery rude. Walked in to return, staff looked in my face and mumbled something and walked to the back. I thought I had the wrong place, so I walked back put to confirm. Yes right place just ride employees. Did get it returned after about 30 minutes someone finally came to the font and helped.

mary dRB's Super Lube was great. You should be asking for our experience with the drop off place in Tennessee. We picked a location "you, UHaul" listed. We also saw where you stated that this was our "preference" and I understand that also. However, you failed to notify us that this location was closed permanently as well as the 2nd location we found. We call UHAUL and waited on the like for over 25 minutes for someone to help us. Finally, because we had no more time to wait, we hung up and started calling UHaul's in the area but farther away that we wanted. The first one we called was a big UHaul place in Lenoir City, Tennessee. they were very rude and said "We don't want or need any more 6X12' Trailers". They did not offer any assistance. The fourth place we called, also in Lenoir City, after a few minutes of talking, said reluctantly that we could bring the trailer by there but we had to do it by 4:30 "cause they were closing at 5". Anyway, we dropped the trailer off per a guys instructions but absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE...WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO YOU GUYS. In our experience with UHaul, this is quite different than it has been before...no one is nice except those people in Timpson, Tx where we picked the trailer up. They should get a raise and you should send the other folks to customer service training.

Steven PMy original location for pick-up was in Carthage, TX. Even though I had a reservation, there were no car haulers on-site. I had to move the location to Timpson. This caused me to drive an extra 20 miles, spend more time/fuel, and delayed my plans. There was no communication regarding this from Uhaul before the pickup time. My rental expense should be credited for this inconvenience.
Jeffery MGuy was rude. Instead of helping me as I was next he told me to "hang on" and come to find a lady drive in while I was waiting and he done an inspection on her vehicle instead of waiting on me. He later told me it would have taken longer to do me since I was there to rent a cargo trailer. Bad customer service. Then he charged me for a 6x12 instead of a 5x8 that I ask for. After realizing this I turned around and had to swap trailers contracts and everything and they charged me for both. SMH I will never go to RB's Super Lube in Timpson Tx ever.

GEORGE GThe man that's always there is really great I rented the same one for 2days but didn't get anything done because of rain and other problems so I had to come back and rent it again he said there was reservation on all of them but if I had it back in the morning I could rent it so I did thanks will rent there again I just wish I could rent the pickup without a real credit card instead of just My bank card I could use it now but no card and it's more what I need
anthony mReturn was due on a Sunday. The business was closed. And yet, uhaul wanted to charge me an extra $40 to drop off during business hours (first thing Monday morning).

The 1st time my U-haul was there a whole day and he called and asked when I was bringing it back, trying to add extra stuff whole time the U-haul was outside, this 2nd time he cleared my bank account... Thanks but no thanks
LaCharah RPlease note: This location was an Oil Lube Center; therefore, I had to wait until oil changes were completed. The employee was courteous and did his best to provide good service this just was not an idea location. Also, this was not the original location where I reserved the vehicle. No vehicle was available when arrived at my appointed time in Nacogdoches.

Robert rThe location was a single bay oil change business. The facility was not very orderly and when I got there to pick up the van on Friday they said they thought it wasn't supposed to be until Sunday. However, the van was clean and ready to go.

allen LThe owner of this establishment called and yelled,threatened,and cussed at me for dropping my truck off in the wrong location. Threatened he was going to charge my card 800$ for it. Also, he accused me of not leaving the tow dolly with the truck, and I just received a bill with additional charges for "returning the truck 7 days late" which is absolutely fabricated. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.
Rebecca This computer was down--the truck had been returned saturday and he hadnt logged it in as returned--he had to do all that b4 he could rent it to me--we had to go aross the street to get our receipt because he couldnt print anything--it took over an hour to complete
LORRI BThe truck brakes were awful ,they need service e badly,and there was something wrong with the carburetor of the vehicle.It felt like i would accelerate and then the truck kind of died down and missed before resuming acceleration. The truck is gonna break down on someone soon and needs to be checked out starting with the carburetor computer module . Luckily it didnt break down on me but I was wary the whole time
