Call and they just said to leave it there. I needed help to unhook no one was there to help.

The real area that needs help sadly, is on the corporate side. Specifically, the online booking. It's been problematic for well over two years and doesn't seem to be getting better. Something the gurus in the IT department should take a look at.

Kyle D.the first location i reserved was closed and customer service had to change my reservation to another location that was way out of my way. it added 2 hrs to my rental because of time lost and changing locations. the customer service said they would give me extra miles but that didn't pay for the lost time and headache of things going wrong on your end.

Just because customer paid for all the insurance does not mean Its all good. Customers beware because all that you would pay for only covers uhaul equipment. For example any damage to your vehicle even if it is on their tow dolly they will not take responsibility for it. And roadside assistance is no assistance at all the will be more concerned about the payment to send someone to help you. even the agent stated that its mostly for your tires or when you have any problems with the tires. Its should be tire assistance not roadside assistance.

LINDA L.On the positive side, I was able to leave my full U-Haul at the location overnight as my moving help was not to arrive until the next evening. On the negative side, I called the day prior to confirm someone would be there to assist with unhooking the auto transport. No one was there and it was during posted business hours. I was able to figure it out on my own because I paid attention when they originally hooked everything up.
Gwendolyn H.On the positive side, the person was accommodating, as I asked to leave the loaded truck there overnight because my movers weren't coming until the next evening. I had an auto transport and wanted to just drive my car around town, rather than a full U-Haul. On the negative side, I called the day before I was going to drop the auto transport and he said he would be there to help. He was not and I had to figure it out on my own. Fortunately I was able to do so and had been paying attention when the people originally hooked it up.
