Some of these franchise locations are a complete hole in the wall/hard to find. I was looking around for my U-Haul that I reserved using GPS and I noticed that this random parking lot had like three U-Haul trucks even though there was no actual U-Haul shop then I noticed a barbershop with a couple of stickers regarding U-Haul but there was like 10 other businesses that could've been, the U-Haul vendor. The parking was extremely full, when I did drop off at night I got the very last parking space in the lot, if one other person would've parked, I would not have been able to return my U-Haul..

I didn't get my rental until 2 hours after initial time I was supposed to pick up the guy who helped me was cutting hair the entire time and I'm being charged extra money when I should be getting money back this is the worst experience I've ever had with u haul

While the owner was nice and equipment in great shape I was overcharged. 44 dollars for 8 gallons of gas when I traveled 8 miles.

Is an excellent retailer. Takes care of his small fleet.

Windows dirty. Also there was 3/4 tank of fuel to start. Also UT most importantly, it would seem that the front end of the tru k had worn components. It was very hard to steer after hitting bu.ps or pot holes. Other than that it was a smooth trip. Thanks S.Caldwell

The self check in feature was complicated and confusing by the time we "checked " ourselves in it was closer to 930 due to all the validation required . Additionally the location is a barber shop and the door said it opened at 8:00 although when we arrived at 8:00 the gentleman that we asked for helped was not helpful, said " I don't deal with Uhaul stuff until 9:30" . Customer service is non existent these days but I will go to a different location in the future . I would never rent another truck from this locations

It's in a barber shop. Weird setup. I was told to bring back the truck back with 1/4 tank which I did and the guy took the $14 credit away. The truck was given to me on E. When I turned the truck on it said 25 miles to empty.

The gentleman who rented out the truck was very professional. He checked the boxes , dotted the I's and crossed the T's making my truck rental check out a breeze .

Location is in a strip mall. No one at Location. Couldn't find drop box. No explanation for where it was. A passerby found out the Location by calling the person who should have been there or should have returned my cal.

Eric was Great!! He was closed since it was Sunday and he could of said No and to reschedule my reservation, but he accommodated me came in and was very nice and personable. I definitely would go there to rent again or see if he cuts womens hair. LOL  Thank you Eric ! Kim Ladig

Too hard to find, but the manager/barber was pleasant.

The only problem we had was the fact that the truck had no gas in it therefore before we could go anywhere we had to put a $100 worth of gas in the truck. We did take a picture of the gas tank before we left and we have a receipt for the gas.

The parking lot is very small for a 15' truck and trailer to move around. I had to unhook the trailer myself when I dropped it off. The barber was with a customer. These were my only issues with this location. The barber stopped working on the customer to check me in with uhaul.

Get rid of the little satellite locations and provide more dedicated u-haul locations. The original pickup location was deserted. It was an auto mechanic shop that had a flake for an owner. We had to try to find a secondary location immediately. When we tried to drop the truck off at the "barber shop" they were closed on Sunday. There were more problems than that, but I'm tired from the trip so suffice it to say next time we'll use Penske.

I loaded up the truck at my storage, when I went to leave the truck was dead. I waited for an hour in 105 heat with no air conditioning. The truck ran like crap and the check engine light was on!!!
