All the equipment I requested were not available upon pickup. I was contact 3-4 days before my pickup date that the location had changed, and I was told themn that everything I had requested would be available. As noted above I did not receive the furniture dolly or the dozen blankets I had requested. Granted I was refunded the charges, but not having g these items available as I had requested made my move harder.Reginald R.

The pickup people did not go out to the rental. They handed me the keys and the paperwork. The gas on the paperwork was NOT what was in the rental. To make matter worse, the air conditioner on the rental was inoperative. This should have been detected when the unit was returned initially. I was within 5 minutes of leaving the parking lot when this was discovered. Instead of offering me a different rental, I was told to call roadside service. The hold wait for roadside service was over 30 minutes-this is NOT acceptable. I was directed to a repair shop to add freon to the rental which was performed. This ameliorated the situation, but I was warned that the freon may leak out during our drive from Texas to SouthWest Florida. This repair took almost 3 hours out of time that was allocated to loading. The rental leaked. Everything in the attic section was wet. Upon inspection, I was able to see where it was previously caulked and then leaking again. This should have been detected. There was no way as a renter that I would have been able to detect this defect in the rental. There are other rental companies available. On a side note, when I finally got roadside assistant, the person I was dealing with was very efficient. I told him how when I picked up the rental, it was deficient.MARTIN P.

Truck had loose rubber gasket around windshield that flapped during travel. Had to stop and buy tape to hold in place. Very annoying and caused concern the windshield would fail.Michael L.

I feel the co-owner I dealt with was a little condescending and rude about the sign up process, and how to upload a picture onto the app, as I had not done that before. I didn't appreciate being talked down to, and thought about cancelling on the spot. They also failed to check that I knew the 10 foot trucks don't have a ramp, but in fairness, I should have asked that and not assumed, as it was a wasted 70 $without the ramp I needed.RODNEY G.

Originally, I was scheduled to drop off the truck at Devon Storage. They refused to accept the truck and sent me to Red Aero. Bad business in my opinion. There should be a way to let a person know ahead of time. I would not recommend Devon Storage as a drop off point for Saginaw/Fort Worth. Red Aero was great and easy.Mark S.

This location was excellent. U-Haul, in general, sucks. I only ended up at this location because when I went to pick up the truck from the location I had reserved it, they didn't actually have it. I had to wait while they located the available equipment I needed and then had to go to the new location (Saginaw) where they actually had it, costing me extra time and miles.Jeston W H.

This particular UHaul location specializes in different fields, for example I went to Red Aero to have my passport picture taken. They are truly Jacks of ALL Trades!!!! As moves go, I underestimated how long to rent the vehicle. The initial 1 day cost to secure the vehicle was clear as day. As I needed the vehicle a few hours longer, even though I was told she could waive the late penality, the cost was more than if I had originally rented it for 2 full days. Would have liked to initially understood the trade off of rent up front longer versus if you keep it for a few additional hours.John M.
