Overall it was a great experience, the only this that was difficult was loading the back of my drivers license. The process with android was the worst but I used a iPhone and it took no time really. If you can make that process easier then a score of 100 will be the number use to describe this experience.

Changed my reservation to a dealer location from a storefront the day before. There was no equipment in the truck for my orders. Had to travel and wait two hours before I could get my truck or my equipment. My original reservation was made at the Stone Mountain location and when I went there to get what equipment I could they only had 2 things out of 7 I needed and They still charged me full price and deposit. The reps were very unpleasant and did not help me during this experience.
Leanna SUsing the app for the truck share was terrible, both during the reservation, pick up and return. The app failed to recognize my password, and wouldn't accept my taken pictures to prove the cleanliness of the returned truck. I would use Uhaul again but it would have to be a face to face reservation + pick up + return.

DWIGHT MThey never told me they switch my location. When I got there I couldn't get the truck right away. I had to provide a friend name or lease and it was freezing. Uhaul should've asked me for this information upfront.

Bonnie PJust to begin my U-Haul was not available at the original spot for pick up . Thankfully , the staff on site was more than helpful and hospitable! The U-Haul I ended up getting continuously beeped majority of the trip ! The brakes definitely needs to be fixed . This was not a pleasant experience but the job did get done .
