Great people to work with! Both the representative at Redline Auto and the U-Haul district manager went out of their way to meet our needs.
Charles MProvider was very nice and helpful. Quickly got my paperwork signed and was out the door in less than 20 minutes. Helped me hook up the trailer and made sure everything worked the way it was supposed to. You are doing a great job!

Martha CThe Uhaul person was really helpful. Even though I had a 2" ball in my truck I couldn't remove my larger ball so the person took his receiver from his own vehicle so I could continue will my project. Honestly who does that now days. Merci.

CODY KPicked up using 24hr pickup and had no issues. Had one small problem with the equipment but the owners were very nice and addressed it on drop off. Very nice folks and great customer service.

They are great to work with, maintain vehicles well and are always friendly. So thankful that I found this location because of this location and the experiences I have had there I am renting u-hauls again very often. Appreciate your services and glad there is such a great location nearby!

Robert AThe pickup location manager, Jeff, was awesome. He helped us with our reservations, with the extra equipment we needed and on the day we picked up. He knew we were moving across the country and made sure we had a newer,low mileage truck. We would recommend this location to everyone.

Jameson CStore was not open at 10am either pickup/drop-off day. Mileage was incorrect at pickup - although easy enough to correct through the website link automatically sent at checkout. Dolly was not zip-tied, so hoping I won't be charged for that. I used my own. Quite disappointed overall with the location.

RICARDO TThe only negative I have is very poor 4G or 5G service this location. This caused web pages to time out multiple times. Adding a wifi connection would be a great benefit.

Nancy MSHOW UP ON TIME!! Made reservation a day early. Appointment pick up time 10am. Got to location. No one there please call this number. Sorry guy working today had to work last night so sorry he wont be there until 11:30am go get you some breakfast and come back and sorry again.
Hope WUhaul is a nightmare. My pick-up locations was changed without notice, which completely ruined my moving plans and timing.

VICKIE SNothing. Service and equipment were excellent. I had recently moved within the last year and dealt with other uhaul locations for truck rental, car hauler, and storage. This location was awesome and will go back to this location for any renal needs in the future. Thank you!!!!
