Candace J.Person who called to set up location did not have proper time that the facility was open. Tried to pick up a day earlier and the csr stated the facility was closed but they were open.
JOHNNY K.The location was an hour away from our destination. Asked for a 15' truck, Still got a 20' truck. Could have gotten one 15 minutes from our destination. Stopped to get gas and the fuel tank gauge under the truck did not stop the gas when the tank filled up. It ran out gallons and gallons all over the concrete. Could of been a very bad disaster.
