GREGORY RPlease bring the vans back to Redmans. I had to change to a truck which was not convenient for my needs. I have another reservation for 11/29 where I have to also change to a truck and I am not pleased. Traveling to a further location to get a van is counterproductive to pricing

KELLY AThere was no issue with the location, but your online system wasn't working properly and it took me a whole hour to get through the pick up your truck process because the app wasn't working at all and the browser website kept glitching and sending me back to the beginning without saving anything. Overall not pleased with the truck share option for this reason. Would not recommend.

Jeremy KWe sat in the parking lot not knowing what to do as the App couldn't verify our location in Redman's parking lot. An angel happened to bicycle in and it was Robert Redman! He asked if we had App problems and we said yes. He opened his business ( which was closed on Sunday), processed our rental and gave us the keys. We don't know what we would have done if Robert had not stopped to help. We can't thank him enough!!
Christopher BUhaul lied about a partial refunding after making me drive an additional hour which added cost to my rental for mileage since they couldn't keep their promise of the reservation at the closer location. They then decided I'd only get a gift certificate for a Uhaul as if I'm ever going to use a gift certificate for a God damn Uhaul. Fraud, gross, unhelpful, scam of a company I hope they go under soon
Jayson DThe challenge was internet access to process the rental on a sunday. I spent 30 min on hold for U-haul, and then it took 15 min to process the van. The customer support was very nice and patient with me. He told me that the automated process is not reliable in remote areas. The U-haul app will not work in such situations. The app should have info on it indicating that U-haul.com should be the best way to manage the automated rentals, when difficulty arrises. The wait time for customer service was unacceptable. I will not use the automated option again.

Marcos ORenting a truck should be straight forward. The person wasn't helpful at all. Didn't explain anything but 5 dollars a gallon for gas a where to drop off key. Did not explain how to drop off truck when dealer is closed. Was web site necessary? I was trying to drop off truck for 30 min.
Carmine FWe initially made our reservation to pick up a trailer at a location 40 miles away. We made the reservation several weeks in advance. We were called the day before our pick up day to inform us that the nearest location with a trailer was Redmans in Bristol. We made the drive out of necessity but the Redmans staff was friendly and efficient. They made sure the trailer was hooked up correctly and that the lights all worked. Bad start, good finish.

Shawn BI reserved a truck in Middletown only to be called the day before that they don't have one and I have to pick it up all the way in Bristol. Next I was told I had 51 miles which should be over what I would need however after returning the truck that same day I was called the next day saying I didn't return the truck. I confirmed with them that I did. I guess they found it bc they didn't call back however next day I noticed they were trying to take more money from my account after I had already paid. When I called they said I was over the 51 miles. This is very unprofessional and highly unfair and I am not happy about the service I received at all. Now I'm getting emails saying I have a balance when I open my account I don't see a balance.

Agustin GEasy to work with! Truck had an issue with an 'auto-tow' mode. Fortunately, there was a label on the dash that described how to turn it off. I would definitely rent the next U-haul from here again.
