Doyle CWasn't able to reach location by phone. No response when lvm. Took 20+ hrs to check trk in. Was told that they didn't want to continue doing uhaul business, didn't make any money from it.
robert jThere are absolutely no signs to let you know it is a uhaul location. The number on the paper went unanswered when I tried calling it and leaving a voice mail. We google the uhaul dealers in the area to try and drop it off elsewhere. When we called the number provided it went to All-State. The guy proceeded to tell us to just park it over past the pregnancy center by the grassy hill near All-State. The key drop box was mounted to the left side of the building. I would NOT use this location.
Andrew WVery confusing pick up sight. I was texted an address and it was a pregnancy center. 2 doors down was the Allstate insurance company and there was a man there responsible. There was no exterior signage that it was connected with Uhaul. There needs to be signage.
STEVEN MDrop off box for keys hidden on side of Allstate building. Had to call to find out where to leave key
Dewayne MThe uhaul location has several buisness and workers but only one person to do uhaul rentals. When we arrived he was gone and no one else could help, though they really tried. The manager for the area was great to help us as were the others at uhaul whom we called.
kim jNot very helpful at all. The tire was flat and he did not have very much knowledge about how to connect the trailer.
Cherry Sthis company was amazing with coordinating with me and my husband to pick up the truck. The truck was clean and had a full tank when picked up. They were very efficient in making sure they had exactly what we needed in the short amount of time I gave them.
