The truck's steering wheel had 2 inches of play making it very difficult to drive. And the transmission was sticking and having trouble shifting making it even more stressful.

NICOLE GOn my receipt the fuel tank indicator is very much inaccurate. It shows the tank capacity at little over 3/4 full. When I returned the truck, I refueled the tank to full. More gas than when I received it. I took a picture of the milage and tank indicator if need to prove. I don't understand where that fuel tank indicator on my receipt came from. The leasing agent was very kind and respectful.

Sherry FInside of van was swept out but very dirty in drivers area. There was no windshield wiper fluid. Drivers side door did not seal and we had to stuff paper towels in crack to keep rain out. The towels were soaked and dripping, we had to stop and put dry towels in crack of door.

WILLIAM THard to keep truck aligned in the lanes. Truck in great need of an alignment!!!!! Tow/haul light on while driving, didn't know why. NO USB CONNECTION, was disappointing.

Christina BThe truck rental price is good but then you jack up the price per mile so not so good! You can't go anywhere because it costs a fortune. Please if you could come down some the mileage cost I would rent from you guys again. There should be a buffer like you get the first 30 miles so your truck rental price is a good deal. In my opinion your don't have good rental price then smash it with high mileage cost . Merci
Mark BThe vehicle was not clean and in need of a service, the steering was shaky. Upon my return of the vehicle, Reemi location had the audacity to charge me $150 for a cleaning when the vehicle was already dirty. I would like a refund immediately as I did not authorize that transaction.
Melissa RI let the guy know the van was full of ants inside...nothing like beating ants off your hands on the steering wheel or watching them walk back and forth over the dashboard while you are driving! I had the van for several hours picking up supplies for my upcoming house project and those little ants were an experience to remember.

Mike BMake sure your uhauls are ready for pick-up as requested and confirmed when reservations are made, so your customers won't be inconveniced at pickup location confirmed by having to drive to another city out of the way without any notice. Also, make sure uhauls are cleaned before renting, because mines surly wasn't. There was used medical bandages, towel, and a lot of dirt when I picked up. We had to sweep out trailer and wipe down inside.
Christina HWhen returning truck earlier then anticipated I was not told before to create an acct and that I had to log in right there at the location so I could down load my pictures that I took. People should be able to down load from home. Anyhow I believed I was charged extra for this cause I couldn't to the process and the next day I read that the attendee would go over the truck to make sure equipment was returned. The truck was not fully fueled only at a quarter so I put fuel and left it with more then was giving to me cause I didn't know how much I would need. So it would be nice if when returned if not fueled all the way it should be and so that way the next person renting it knows to fuel the correct amount. When I got to the store the attendee had to re enter my drivers license info, credit card and phone # when I had already done all of that on line. There was 2 charges on my account I'll have to wait to see my credit.

Darryl HThough I was left with an overall positive experience, it is hard not to mention the part of the process where I was left waiting past midnight with static on both ends of communicating with your U-Haul staff. The area wasn't particularly safe and I was left getting no replies despite making a connection, unsure of how leaving the space might affect my purchase. Though I was told to expect a response about that particular instance, I was again put on static until more problems with the setup showed their face. Again overall positive but I have not received any response about that incident and would appreciate a reply from management or higher to understand why this occurred.
Ocean CLocation was not the problem. Being switched to 3 different locations and 1 @ the last minute was awful. The reps that answered the phone did not have any courtesy or empathy for my inconvenience!! Location was good but phones reps was bad experience!
Kerry MJust keep maintaining your good service, which also includes your Rental Centers. For my future rentals I will pick U-Haul first.
