U haul at refound treasures , is the best u haul dealer I have ever been to. They are extremely helpful , and the truck was the best u haul , I have ever rented. They go above and beyond for the customer. I highly recommend them.

Fix your computer system. Took most of an hour and more to complete transaction. Time lost for my project and the volunteers waiting to get started . The staff of Refound Treasure were patient and courteous throughout the ordeal. I am a return customer but had to go through all information again. Computer cycled many times on input. Slow responses and uploads. I will be back and hope it works better.

I think you guys need to give me a 25 percent refund for not complying with my original request. My confirmation email stated I was to pick up a 20 foot truck from the burton Ohio kinsman location. And that that place had a very rude lady that I had to wait over 45 minutes to be serviced due to a customer before me paying for a mirror that was missing from his truck. BUY THE INSURANCE PEOPLE!!!! And then she finally was able to tell me my reservations were changed. She was rude and crude and not very nice. You need to pay me for the error and abuse. But the Middlefield location off of 608 was great! In and out and satisfied.

Closed when I dropped trailer off. I left note with my cell #. So they could call to verify return of trailer and that did not happen. I was charged for trailer b4 I got home.

The new system is terrible at remote locations. We had to go from Warren, Ohio--which had many, many, many U-Hauls--to Middlefield, Ohio, which had ONE, but it was the only place in the region with a 15 foot u-haul that could be one-way. We actually had to leave the site and go to lunch and return to get the contract DONE. Several hours when your electronic system didn't work. Then we got it done, but NEVER were informed that we couldn't return it early and save $$$. It was returned 1 1/2 days early. No one had told us that we were stuck with it for the full four days without a refund. You owe us a refund. I am going to the Better Business Bureau unless I hear back.

I rented a 5x9 trailer for 24.99 a day picked it up Monday at like 2:15 dropped it off Tuesday at like 2:30 and got charged for 2 days unbelievable If I would have known I would have paid $55 do you use a trailer for one day I would have went somewhere else

Truck was an automatic . Gear shifter was a little stiff. But it did good. Frank was extremely nice. I would recommend his u haul business to friends and family. I would go there again. In fact I will in a few weeks .

The truck was clean-ish but not stellar. The location was a huge problem because the GPS would not find my phone and apparently, this is a problem with this location. Additionally, I tried to do an after hours pick up initially and the van was not staged so it was a HUGE waste of time and caused other headaches for my business. I am very unsatisfied with my experience. The only person who really was able to give me any helpful service was the field manager, Ryan.

We were charged $100 over what we were quoted online. We were 1 1/2 hours late bring back the van so I understand an additional $19.99 charge. However, they charged us for over mileage which we weren't. The mileage allowance was 400 miles and we came in at 389. The people at Refound Treasures were rude and said it wasn't there fault. However, when I talked to the regional Uhaul rep, they said the charges were based on Refound's input. Also, the van was absolutely filthy. There was mud all over the floor and the windows had some sticky substance where it looked like something was taped to them. We will never rent from this location again and we have rented vehicles here for the past 10 years with charges exceeding $700.

Loved the flexibility you offered us. I had never rented a UHaul before, but we had a great experience. One recommendation for added safety: Clean the inside of the windshield regularly. We brought the truck back at night in a driving rainstorm and my son reported that the film on the inside made seeing somewhat difficult because it added to the glare.
