Had trouble opening the lock which held the key.
Kenneth WThe van was dirty and no gas. Uhaul customer service was horrible. I will never do this again. You overcharged me. It wasn't worth it at all.
Jessica HI am still in possession of the key after returning the car. There is no return lock box and all the customers service I speak to repeat the same thing to me. Drop in the orange box. Well that location doesn't have one, and noone is physically there to assist.
