When i returned the truck this guy was a rude jerk. Lets just say. See you in court if you don't make this right.I was way overcharged and underinformed along with having an unauthorized change to my contract without my knowledge.

The person who assisted me was very cordial and down-to-earth. i was very satisfied and would rent from him again.

Gave me the wrong truck without verifying anything and handed me the keys. Now I am out 300+ for the online screw up. Won't be using Uhaul for any more moves. When I did the online check in I got charged 170 $. When I reserved the truck I paid 168 $. And then was told the next day that all of that was wrong and now I am out another 200 $for their mess up.

We were directed to this location and they were friendly and helpful, but it was an hour away from where we were loading

I was not informed that I had to pay for mileage at all prior to renting the Uhaul. In fact I was told that I would be paying 19,95 $. Today my debit card was charged over 200 $that was NOT authorized. I would have never rented the van had I known of these exorbitant charges. I would like a phone call to get this resolved.

The Mantua location was excellent. However, I had reserved my Uhaul at the Streetsboro location and received confirmation to pick up the truck at the Streetsboro location. I went to the Streetsboro location, and they said my truck was in Mantua. I pulled up the reservation on my phone that showed my pickup location was Streetsboro, and the kid working did absolutely nothing but shrug his shoulders. The Mantua location was excellent, but I will NEVER use the Streetsboro location again. I was delayed an hour on a moving day where I didn't have a moment to waste.
