The truck was dirty with broken glass in it. The rear tires were quite bare. We were supposed to get pads but there were none, and we ended up with damaged furniture because of it.Adrian E.

First of all, I arrived at the dealer that I booked the truck with only to find out my reservation was sent across town to another dealer without notifying me. Secondly, I arrived and the dealer said he could not take debit. It was cash only or credit card. I did not want to use a credit card and I certainly did not want to leave for, yet, more time wasted to go pick up cash. Then found out that the dealer did not carry any dolly's or furniture pads, I had to return to the dealer I was originally at to get pads and they were fresh out of dolly's. I then had to go to Home Depot to get a dolly. The truck was not even swept out, the engine light came on before I even left the dealer. By far the worst experience I've ever had with u-haul and I've had some bad ones in the past. I am seriously not impressed with this experience at all I should be getting some compensation for all the delays in my move that cost me over an hour and a halfmatt F.
This rental was a shambles and i will use uhaul again only in extremis. The vehicle i booked was actually off the road / unsafe, so i was given the bigger model after an hour of faffing about. The person at the desk didn't even speak to me or confirm it was a uhaul location for the first 90 seconds. There was no uhaul logo on the building or office. I received the contract and no link for initial checkover. Fuel was nearly empty so i assumed return in same state, which i did, i was then billed for low fuel. Still haven't been told what it should have been at, at start and return. Raised a complaint, the Lady who took that was excellent. However, the local manager fobbed me off, complaints dept then never replied when i pointed out this was not actually a resolution. Will recommend people to use another service if they can. Avoid Regina brake and muffler. Dreadful.Toby W.

Pickup station was very disorganized. They didn't have the proper hookup equipment and when I asked how to solve the issue of no lights they told me to drive across town to the main location. Personel at the main location were shocked at this piece of advice. Also pickup station was not interested in U Haul customers, just the Wheel and Brake customers.Michael L.

The van had two chairs, cigarette butts, used bandaid, and a duvet that smelled like urine. It just hadn't been checked. Otherwise service was good.sylvia Z.
Never again will I ever use u haul. I went into the Regina muffler and brake location in Regina. They had a reservation for me there. First off they tried to charge me for 2 days then tell me that it's because I was moving out of town 30 minutes. So I called u haul and they fixed it. Then when he went into the reservation u haul locked it out so they could not get into the reservation. After sitting on the phone for over an hour on hold I finally got through only for them to transfer me to another department and then be on hold again for another half an hour I finally gave up and asked the guy if he could just start me a whole new reservation. So he did he managed to get me a reservation for one full day with a truck for $211 then told me that they do not take debit so I had to go to the bank and take out cash they then took $311 for me 100 of that was for the deposit 211 of that was for the actual rental you're trying to tell me that I did not pay them a deposit that they let the equipment go without a deposit which they're not allowed to do and U-Haul is now trying to tell me that I owe them money due to going over the kilometres and for them putting a little bit more gas in it with that $100 deposit that is supposed to cover any costs like that which they are saying I did not give them after having bank receipts of me pulling out $320 I will be going to court if I have to to fight this because not only did I get screwed over by U-Haul yet again I got screwed over by regina muffler and brake in Regina. I do not recommend anybody ever rent a U-Haul through this company every year we have problems I will now be going through budget if I have to moveMELISSA D.

Mileage and fuel level was not accurately to what was on my agreement. Food container from a previous renter was left in the middle console and floor boards had not been cleaned since the previous rental.Trevor W.
The gas was on E when I picked up .Ended putting in was more then I used .260.00 I paid gas from Regina to Canora .Tanks should be filled before customers take .That way they can replace proper amount.Tammy C.

When they ran my Credit card through for the tax payment, they said my card was declined. After I called the credit card company, turns out they inputted the wrong expiration date. No boxes were there even though I prepaid. Back of the truck has used needles in the back.Robert C.

To inform 1st time users on what they need and to set up a driving practice with the trailer as I had never towed one and backing up is a challenge still.Ildiko B.
The truck was picked up in a filthy condition. There was a half smoked cigarette in the cup holder, multiple food containers, stains and spills all over the seat and steering wheel, gun smeared all over the driver side window. It reeked of cigarette smoke and body odour. It was a very unpleasant experience. The dolly we asked to rent was not the one we had asked for and they told us it was all they had. More of a U-Haul problem, not necessarily the location.Janessa M.

I was surprised to have been required to hook up the trailer myself. It was raining, however, and the U-Haul representatives may not have wanted to get wet. One of the representatives checked the hook up once I had finished it. I was more surprised when I got to my destination and the U-Haul representative who checked in the trailer told me (a) that the right tire was under-inflated by 20 psi and (b) that this should have been checked at the pick up location.George S.

Not open, was unable to drop off via phone. Tried for 45 minutes and didn't work. Left truck and contacted Uhaul, they said they'd leave a note about it, and fortunately wasn't charged extra for anything.CURTISDAVID D.
Have the vehicle clean when picked up. Have the person knowledgeable in renting the unit and knowing what to do.I'm a first time renter of U-Haul. And i would never rent from you again. Unfairly charged, was told one thing in person and charged differently on line. Most difficult experience i've ever had!!! Your customer service would rate less than zero out of ten.IVAN D.
