I waited in line for 2,5 hrs for my truck. Because there was site issues with u haul. No back up options to get people in there trucks and moving on the way. Also I booked a 26' and uhaul could only offer me a 20' over all experience horrible. Never want to go through uhaul again. Very unimpressed

I had reserved a truck for 7:30am in Abbotsford. Then it was rescheduled for a Mission pick up. When I arrived and started the pick up process, I received a notification that I'd have to wait until 9:00am when the facility opens. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes, it was determined that a key hadn't been staged. That was figured out, but then the truck was quite dirty and smelled of cigarette smoke...

Great manager, checked everything over and was satisfied with the condition. I would recommend to anyone not familiar with moving vehicles. Web site and YouTube tutorials are helpful. Please read or watch them for your safety.

I did reserve a 20 foot but only a 15 foot was available. Seems to be a U haul system glich because the clerk helping me showed one available but when she refreshed her screen only 15 footers were available? Anyways a 15 footer worked. Even though I made 3 trips, it was local. I was very pleased with the staff at this location. Drop off was so easy.

Trailer(5'x8') loaded pulled very smooth on highway for a small trailer.

Attendant struggled with the computer system and charged me for 2 days because I picked up the trailer 15 minutes early even though I said I'd have the equipment back early. He couldn't or wouldn't change the reservation end time. Caused a lot of unnecessary frustration.

So inefficient. Why must I go through the same process on site as I have already done online when I booked? No signage of where to go. Employees hard to identify. This could be streamlined. If it was so efficient and if I could get in and out easier I would rent more often. As it is, I will only rent here if absolutely necessary.

Very poor communication as to how long one day is. I have always thought one day had twenty four hours, apparently according to Uhaul, I have been wrong for many years..This should have expressed at time of booking.

You guys billed me for furniture pads and a Dolley rental which I never received which made it nearly impossible to move an old freezer which required 4 of us to move. It would have been useful for some of our other heavy things as well. Then when I called to report it you said to dispute the charge during the return process do I did and you billed me for the Dolley and furniture pads anyways and then proceeded to charge me for the Dolley and furniture pads on top of it. We have a wedding next weekend and then a one night local honeymoon because of covid and I can't afford for there to be an extra 230 $worth of charges for stuff I never received. I'm so mad right now and I want my money back immediately and now I don't know if I will get it back before our wedding. Merci.

There was an error between the size truck I ordered on the phone and the one that was given to me but the problem was fixed so fast and friendly from both the woman in the local office and the man on the lot! They were amazingly positive and friendly! I would go right back to the same location because of their attitudes!

Unfortunately the vehicle that they were to give me was not available. They provided me with another which was out of fuel which I didn't notice until I had left. Trip of approx. 185km cost me 145. In fuel. When I returned the vehicle they couldn't find the records or provide an invoice. So I now wait for my credit card statement to make sure of charges

I waited till over 3pm before i could get the truck the truck i requested was not assign to me i was given a smaller one which infact could not fit of the the items i went to take could all not fit into the truck. i am looking for another trailer to go pick the items another day i was very disappointed'. i was told they will make sure i rent for 24 hrs i dont know why i was charge another 59 $please refund my money' . i return the truck by 2pm even less than24hrs. please return my over charge even the gas charge of 10 $this is a ripe off

The location took over 40 min to get the truck and they constantly called Uhaul help centre. Upon getting the keys and not realizing I had to do a walkthrough nor they did a walkthrough with contract in hand to reference, I was told everything was good to go. Then after driving the truck away I realized I didn't have a receipt and called them for one and upon reading it I notice this was the contract and there were problems and issues with the mileage and charges for stuff I never wanted with the truck. When I brought it to there attention before leaving they said they didn't know how to fix it and I had to call Uhaul and when called them they said only the pickup location could help with refund. I only drove 10km total and the mileage was wrong before leaving and I tried to tell someone but was shrugged off by the pickup location. Upon drop off I was charged for 200 miles and uhaul said its my fault I should of noticed before dropping off, but I had tried to tell someone before leaving. I was only refunded for the dolly and blankets I never used. This whole experience has been awful and would never recommend this location to anyone. They were in no way helpful and this experience was one of the worst customer service I have experienced. I will be going to my credit card dispute department with this.

They lost my keys for the first 10 mins while he looked around in a van he was living in, in the parking lot. Then he gave me the keys and disappeared. No cared that the vehicle was covered in frost. He didn't provide me anything to scrape the windows with so I had to use my credit card. I drove the van 6km and they charged me 28$ in gas.
