Business was closed due to coronavirus, when equipment was returned. Called 1-800-GO-UHAL for assistance checking in and was told I had to return to the rental location and check in by phone. Not to happy I to go back and check in when I called for assistance.

No one was there when we arrived so we went ahead and took the trailer since we had already reserved it and it was an emergency we needed it for they went ahead and charged us for an appliance dolly that we never even received

There was a crack in the windshield right in the drivers eye line. It made driving 10 hours pretty unpleasant. There was also a glare in the crack from the sun which was frequently in my eyes. This truck should not of been rented until this was fixed in my opinion.
