This location was meant to be open till 2pm but door was locked. I advanced my pick up time over the phone and was sent to Dumaurier ave. No Truck. Then I was sent to this location, this cost me 40$ is taxi cost and 2 hours of extra time. No one told me I had to web check in and pay in advance. I had to return home, this took another 2 hours. In all the pick up took 5 hours.Denis C.
The wrong return date and time were processed by them. I received an extra charge on my credit card for after-hour service without my consent. I wrote to customer service to clarify their mistake and credit my card.Jean L.

We chose to pre-pay for our equipment, we ordered and paid for the truck and a hand truck. Upon arrival there was no hand truck and nobody on site. This made our move very difficult. In addition to the fact that we booked our truck more than a month in advance and then the night before were told the truck was not available at the right time or location, which forced us to drive very far away for our pickup. And upon arrival, the uhaul app did not work on android phones. Very disappointing pickup experience.Kyle S.

First of all, there weren't any moving blankets! A moving company with no straps, blankets... now my stainless steel fridge is scratched, a few more items of furniture as well. And to top it off the dolly for the car in tow had one of the blades giving way every 30 min forcing me to stop every time. To finish the drop off location didn't know we were coming so no one was there to help us... so we called u-haul and even with my contract number they couldn't find us... not in the system... what a fiasco! We have used your services in the past and always ok... now, never again, I'm pretty sure no one cares... you got paidMARC B.
It's not a really pretty place, this drop off, but who cares? We really just need clean and available trucks. The main screw up was someone at ENE Autos Vente (12040 Boul Laurentien Montreal, QC) who forgot to leave a key for me, so I ended up wasting 2 hours, paying extra gas (which the girl said would be refunded but wasn't) going to a really remote location to pick up another truck. People were waiting at my place to help me move during this time. Really not cool! I had even called the day before too ensure everything was ok and I was told yes, that I just had to confirm and pay the morning of the move.Camille S.

I dropped off the trailer, no one on site, it is a towing yard, Not at all a U haul rental location.. I dropped off trailer , and no one to inspect or give me paperwork ,i didn t feel at ease,Yvon L.

Lock did not open to retrieve keys, lock was cut by attendant, delayed leaving 1,5 hours, Regional manager said they would give me a discount for the delay and trouble, no discount provided. I rent equipment from Uhaul on a reg basis. This was by far the worst, I'm not sure i'd rent from a remote location again with the App.Francois B.
