One trailer tail light was not operating but the rest of the bulbs worked fine. One of the tires seem to have excess wear on the treads which was of concern to me since I was using the trailer for a long haul. The sliding tail gate door was very difficult to move. The unit performed as expected. It got me and my stuff moved.

The inside of the store was cramped and cluttered. Only one unit available at this location. Paperwork was not ready and store employee was unable to access records as the computers were not working. Had to speak to the UHaul representative over the phone to complete reservation. She was very friendly and helpful. Store employee didn't seem all that familiar with trailer hookup.

Not have such large discrepancies on price. I rented a trailer on January second from the current drop off location to the current pick up location, same size, same locations cost me 68 dollars. At most was going to be 200. Now i rent the same trailer and get charged 1000 dollars for the same trip. Never renting with uhaul again and will not be suggesting anyone i know does either.

The agent was distracted when processing my pickup. Better training and improved customer service would go a long way.

I reserved the truck hours before I picked it up, the people had no idea I was coming and didn’t have any paperwork on location. I Waited almost an hour to finally get the keys which made me late for delivering my furniture. Absolutely poor customer service.

Train the cashier to know how to use the equipment. Example, know how to connect a trailer.
