I would say nothing to do because service was great, everything was super clean and there was even a dolly and moving items. This is a great location for renting a uhaul truck.

chris kulhavikKnow the actual readings of the trucks you're renting instead of treating the customer as a criminal. If this happen to me its happen to others. Being over charged is the crime. Calling out the customer as a liar is not an approach being of a business.
Kenneth NardiI originally made a reservation at the Meriden rd location in Waterbury CT and had technical difficulties because the area had no service. I sat for 2 hours trying to get assistance with customer service and was unsuccessful. I made a new reservation at a different location just for them to tell me I had a balance.U-Haul charged me the wrong rate then charged me again just to have me sit and wait on a U-Haul for 4 hours at the location to continuously be told that I still have an outstanding balance due to your customer service negligence.

ILHAM SAAIDIThe trailer had what appeared to be hay and horse poop in it when I picked it up. I used the trailer, returned the trailer, cleaned the trailer out at the rental location and was still charged a $15 cleaning fee. The trailer rental went from $92 to $143. WHAT??? Where did the other $52 come from? Don't think I will be using U-Haul again.

Joel MedinaNot require everything be done via a cell phone. Truly not everyone has access to a cell phone, not everyone wants to give their personal data out, and certainly don't want to add family members and friend's data. It would be convenient for after hours pick up and drop off but it should be optional not a requirement.
Robert BiggerThe fees do add up from the initial $19,95 After insurance, mileage, fees, and of course taxes, it gets up there cost wise. But overall I am happy I used them.

Andres MendezWhen I arrived at Rene's on Saturday there was a line of people trying to use the online check in system for trucks (4 or 5 people) and I was told there was no one there to help. I called U-haul for help in picking up my trailer and was told that they could not do online or mobile check in for trailers an that someone needs to be there. After 45 minutes of trying, Bob (one of Rene's workers) showed up out of nowhere and helped me tremendously by calling around and getting someone on the phone that can take my credit card information and get me moving as he does not know the u-haul system. He said Rene was supposed to be back Thursday but he never showed. I have been to this location 3 times and have had 3 issues so I will NEVER use this location again and will recommend others do not either. The issues I have dealt with far outweigh the convenience of picking up in town. I will use another store from now on and someone should address Rene (the owner) as there were also a number of other unhappy people there and I am sure that is effecting U-Haul's business negatively. Rene - make sure your franchise is staffed!

Addie HowellI was fraudulently charged 770,91 for a two day trailer rental, instead of calling me to find out what happened he just started clearing out my account a bunch of unauthorized transactions, guy should be arrested. Still considering calling police because I have yet to see any money back! When I called and told him I am now completely broke due to him clearing out my bank account he basically yelled at me and treated me as a criminal- I'm a loyal customer that did nothing wrong! Now I'm out almost 800 and can't even buy food.

Garrett HourihanCommunication is key with all of you locations. Did the reservation over the phone with dispatch. Told me to go to this location to find out it wasn't even the right one. Dispatch is terrible
ALLEN TOURVILLEService was very good, but the place was a bit grungy. Office could use a cleaning. Equipment was good, and transaction was quick and informative. Electronic records transactions were very good.
