No, I will never rent with I-Haul again. You're crooks and you charge people a lot of money for horrible service. Everything about U-Haul sucks I can't wait to tell my followers to stay away from U-Haul period you don't respect customers at all!

Kimberly RThis is a U-Haul attached to a Vallero shopet / gas station .. Might be an excellent idea if at least one person were assigned to check in / check out U-Haul customer service duties and responsibilities, even when the computer system is down. There should be some way to check in U-Haul equipment by hand, on paper, and hands / eyes on, to fill in the blanks of the computer system when it comes back up - then U-Haul heaven can send the paperwork via E-Mail for me to attach to my paperwork records for this rental operation from FL to TX for a friend.. I did receive my email receipt the following day, but this might have been a bit more inconvenient if this rental were for work or business on my end.. I am happy they did not confuse my trailer return with someone else's equipment return ...

Michael FI pre-checked in on the computer. When I went in - the person had no experience but her manager was standing right there and did not help until she had completely messed everything up. So we had to wait and wait while my order was corrected BACK to what I had entered when I checked in. We were not told we wouldn't get a receipt when we returned the truck. We only drove it about 21 miles. We filled up the tank back to the level it was when we got the truck but I was charged for an additional 5 gallons of gas (I wonder if they even put that gas in the truck or just charged us extra to make more money). AND the worst part was that the person there when we dropped the truck of was clueless and treated me like I was crazy when I asked for a receipt showing I had turned the truck back in. I will never go back to that location and I will certainly not recommend. Very, very unprofessional. I have rented several U-haul trucks and this was just a bad and very unusual experience for U-haul.
Lisa WMake sure to email customer contracts and receipts in a timely manner so there isn't any extra charges per day due to negligence. Also, have someone available to receive truck keys from customers instead of just leaving them with a note attached

Winter HEverything went well when I returned the trailer there was no one there to confirm my return they had me write my name number and time on a post it note which made me a little nervous because if the trailer was stolen in the night or the post it note was lost I felt I could be held liable but I took pictures of the return not a big deal but I felt the return process could have been a bit more thorough

melody vThere was no one at this location that could actually check in the trailer and give me a receipt on Wednesday evening (approximately 6pm), but the lady inside the store told me where to leave the trailer, wrote down my name and promised me an electronic receipt the next day, which I did receive, but left me feeling uneasy about leaving the trailer.

Grace tThis is a convenience store, so the staff was not very helpful at all with returning my U-Haul truck after my move back to Burleson. The cashier was rude to me and the only process of returning an expensive truck was "just put your name and the time on this paper"! I was not comfortable with that, but that was my only choice. No one came outside to verify the truck, or fuel or anything. This was my first U-Haul experience renting a truck, and I will not be returning to this location! I do not recommend this location to anyone!
Cheryl JThe written contract I signed had the wrong return day on it (one day earlier than agreed upon); the clerk didn't correct it. She simply told me to call U Haul and correct it myself.

lew g*First truck wouldn't start *Second truck was muddy on the exterior and someone had smoked in it and the dealer left the inside filthy. *Third the lady working the contract wasn't friendly what so ever. She didn't think she should have to be a professional. Fat lazy cook is what she is.
