the person I returned the truck to was not very helpful or friendly the truck developed a miss and the check engine light came on and after it did it sucked gas terrible Ididnt use half the blankets they were still in the bags no credit and no credit for returning the truck early Iwould not reccomend a truck from UHAULzeno W.
Dog hair all over the cab, the guy at the desk was rude, passive aggressive and was flirting with my wife in front of me and my daughter. He used a lame trick to act like his landline wouldn't work and he needed to call my wife's cell phone so he would get her number. He also was saying "siiiir" in a condescending manor. It was everything I could do not scream at him and try and fight him. He has no business representing Uhaul. I have rented over a dozen units from Uhaul with our move and no one has been such a little weasel like him.JON S.
Listen to the customer, I tried to explain to the gentleman who was renting me the uhaul that I've been a customer for 10 years now, but he felt like he had to inform me what will happen if I don't return on time and how to refill the gas back to its level etc. furthermore I laid cash on the counter, he explained to me that he doesn't except cash, he kinda made me feel like my money wasn't any good, it had to be debit or credit, I told him I had to go and make the deposit, so he made it his business to call me asking if I had the money or knew how to make depositsâ€¦NATHANIEL M.
The guy was a a******. I I clearly put the gas right back where it was and still charged me for a gas. Had trouble running my card only because he was trying to overcharge me in the beginning. Will never ever go back to this location not even to use one of his storages.OPaul M.
Easy rental process. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining all the details but worked quickly and got me driving down the road in less than 10 minutes of walking in the door. A+ SERVICE THANKSJustin C.

I was charged for equipment I didn't receive. (Furniture pads, dollie)Michael B.
The App to pick up and return the equipment for the 24 h rental kept kicking me out of the system. I had to have my husband use his phone to return the equipment after waiting on the phone for a rep with no response. Additionally I was suppose to be set for 24 h phone pick up however the system had me set for in person pick up and would not initially rent me the truck.Chase B.
The staff was working out some bugs with new protocols but they did a great job with maintaing professional bearing. thanks you made what could a difficult day much easier.Darryl F.

This location (which is a neighborhood dealer offering limited uhaul services vs an actual uhaul moving & storage location) was having trouble using the uhaul touchpad at the register to complete our transaction for the truck I was renting. We were there for an hour and I had to call the team who was going to load the truck and reschedule them. Thankfully I was able to add insurance and pay for the truck using my phone. The gentleman working at this location was just as frustrated as we were and after a couple attempts to fix the touchpad and call uhaul customer service, he completed some manual paperwork and got us on the road. Hopefully uhaul can help this location out so they don't lose business.Charles M.
