I was told to drop the truck off at 0800. No one was there. Waited for awhile, called the 1-800 U Haul #. ended up using the website to return the truc.

The truck was not at the location I reserved. They changed my reservation without me knowing. I had to drive around Norfolk, VA looking for the truck. It was horrible. The truck stank. It smelled of cigarettes and I dont know what. I am allergic to tobacco. I was itching the entire drive hoping I did not go into anaphylatic shock. It was terrible.
