Thomas CHILESI had a lot of problems with the app working efficiently when I went to check the trailer in when returned. It was very frustrating to stand around in the cold taking pictures and waiting 10 minutes for the app to process.

richard taftLocations were fine, however within 12 hours of my pickup, I was told the truck I rented and told was reserved was no longer available. In order to get that truck size, I was asked to drive 45 minutes to Racine. Really? Is that customer service?

daniel callawayI chose self-registration because the store closed before I was ready to pick up. My only complaint was the U-Haul app itself; I was forced to enter most of the information twice and, though I had a good cell signal, the system took a very long time to proceed from page to page... I understand that the process needs to be rigorous, but in contrast, the app has to be streamlined.
Alfredo JijónWell, you can stop being so greedy. My reservation began as a truck rental. My usual place is Sather's in Orfordville. He was closed for the weekend, I get that. So, the next closest place your local office wanted to send me was in Beloit. Just picking up and dropping the truck off would have added at least an extra $60 to my rental on the extra miles, as the move was between Evansville and Brodhead making Beloit way out the way. I asked if those miles could be waived and I was told no. The guy at the Monroe location seemed dumbfounded when I told him that. So, that started my B.S. process of trying to get a trailer. Couldn't get the one I wanted so I settled. Ended up with what I had. And, This place had two trucks the size I was looking for with no reservations waiting. And, the guy said the extra miles should have been waived. Apparently it is an issue btween 'corporate' and 'contracted' facilities. So, since U-Haul wants to play games with what they are willing to book, as a customer, we get shafted. In the future, I think it will be time to get re-familiar with Hertz or Penske. What a crock this whole thing turned out to be. And, no, the trailer was dirty as hell. I had to sweep the shit out of it before I could start putting my stuff into it.
Robert HaenitschHad originally set up a rental from CGM sales, being they had a 26' available. Was unable to get key for that unit, some mix up on CGM sales part. Was only able to get 15' unit which was down the street at Rent-it-Center. Which was better then nothing but ended up leaving behind a sectional couch and entertainment center. Now will have to find not only a truck to move them BUT the time. Was given a $50 credit for our "trouble" which seems pitiful.
Marty DahlkNot sure what happened but the service light came on the day after I took it home to get ready for my move, but didn't have any issues. I noted this upon my return. Always good to take extra insurance just in case. But this location has always done a great job .

They repaired the truck at our destination city, put us up in a hotel, and discounted our rental. No hassle, no problems. Prompt communication and Absolutely great service!
