Donna CNot sure if there is anything to improve. UHaul trailers pull like a dream. The surge brakes can be annoying but that's their nature. The location I used this time was very friendly and polite. Told the gentlemen my hearings not the greatest and he did a fantastic job of compensating his speech level without overdoing it. Excellent all round.

Denis PThere are so many hidden fees that the advertised price that U-Haul puts out there is so far from what the actual price turns out to be. Next time I'll use a different rental service. Just the rental was over $200 n that doesn't include that gas i put in. Literally used for about 4 hours and cost me over $220 plus what I paid for gas.
nathan cThe only complaint we have is the rented uhaul vehicle smelled heavily of cigarettes despite it looking clean. I would not be able to tolerate a long travel in that rental. There should be a no smoking policy in the rentals or have some designated non smoking rentals for those who are non smokers.

pierre pNothing major, just remind the customer to do the inspection before leaving. It wasn't mentioned and it was by fluke I noticed it on my online booking after I left the site. Otherwise no complaints, experience was great. Will rent again.

Allen DThe drop off was supposed to be in the town we live in. I called since I had a bad experience before and was told they had no room. Then I got an email to drop it off in a Sudbury location so I called them and they were closed for 3 days. Then I received another email to drop it off at another location, so once again I called and finally got somewhere. It was 20 minutes from the first place, so 40 minutes there and back. Add that to the 1 1/2 extra driving to pick it up, that is 2 hours and 10 minutes extra driving and fuel, plus time. Untrained staff and very disorganized

Michel LProfessional and well organized. The first time renting from u-haul was last week, Thursday, august 24, 2023. The same day the U-Haul Database went down. They went above and beyond making sure I was able to still meet my time frame for moving stuff around to storage units. If you need a u-haul. Always go to Rent n Sell All.

NIKE RArrived for pickup time and the people that were renting it before me never brought it back for there allotted duration. Which meant I had to go home for another 2 hours then back to pick up the trailer. Then load everything. And my family that came to help drove at 7pm 3,5 hours back home instead of leaving at 5.
