The equipment performed extremely well in our move from Arizona to Washington state. It tracked well behind our Toyota Highlander. Very pleased with the effortless tow of the 5'x8' trailer.

This equipment was top notch. Everything was Great, Not a one problem after traveling 2400 miles with this trailer. Trailer handled very well. Drop off was efficient and quick. Thank you Jay for making this rental as easy as could be and thank you for working with me and answering all my questions.

Doru SI reserved a trailer online for 4 pm one day to 4pm the next day. Later I received a call stating that trailer was not available even though the Web site said it was. The caller tried to direct me to a site 25-30 miles away to pick up and return the trailer. When I said I was flexible on the trailer size the caller reserved one for me just a few miles away, but with less convenient hours. Due to a medical appointment, I now had to pick up the trailer at 1:30 pm. The site closed at 3 pm. When I picked up the trailer I mentioned my attempt to reserve a trailer from 4 pm to 4 pm the next day. The person working at the site said it would be no problem to return it at 3 or even later the next day. I called at 2:58 saying that I was less than a mile away. He said to park outside the fence when I arrived. Even though the gate was still open as he was about to close it, I followed his instructions to park outside the fence. I was disappointed to be charged for an additional day. He may technically have been in the right to charge an extra day, but it was poor customer relations to do so after my initial reservation had to be changed after I made it. I will use the other local U-HAUL location if at all possible from here on our.
PATRICIA SCup holders and front edge of seats could have been a bit cleaner; there was spilled coffee from a previous operator. Neither the truck nor the lockbox that had the key were locked when I picked up the truck.

Russell WTerrible experience. Rented equipment, no equipment was supplied at the moment of online pick up. Truck has less gas than it was supposed to. Online pick up was terrible. My reservation was changed back and forth. TERRIBLE experience.

Ramon SThe gentleman at this location went overboard to accomplish and accommodate the arrival of an unhappy customer between Danielle and this dealer, the day was saved. The dealer did all the work and made the return seamless. 5+ stars to the dealer. A downside is that I left my phone in the truck. He chased me down and returned the phone. I had to walk from the dealership to where I wanted to be. At 83 years of age and health...it was a bit much. I became very dehydrated. Never in my life have I had those symptoms. I live in Phoenix where it's really hot, nothing like that has ever happened. No help! Finally I went into a business and they gave me water and let me cool down. Thank God..... Anyway the whole experience was not a pleasure able one. What a disaster! Think that personnel should be told not to "lie" and push the problem downstream. U haul has some very dedicated and meaningful personnel. Sorry that they attended a "Donald Trump's management class. Will I use your service again, you bet.
