Gwen RI love to use this location for UHaul rentals. The staff are very friendly and helpful and I have never had any problems with equipment or disputes about charges. I honestly can't think of any advice for improvement and recommend this location to anyone looking to rent equipment.

joan rMaybe cheaper/affordable charge for the helpers on carrying heavy stuff only. Would be nice for people with disability, older people, people that are not able at the time of moving.

Gwen RCustomer Service the lady in the counter when first I come I asked her if there's any truck available she said no but after I went on line I booked there which means that she's lying to me which means too that she's lazy or racist and kind of discrimination which I didn't like and makes me feel angry up to know due to this discrimination. The truck is good and the guy I deal with after I booked my truck online was great .

Gwen RThe Trailer was not ready for pick up, the Dollies and utility dolly were not in the trailer ready for pick up. They did not have a pin to lock the trailer hitch in place. We had to run back to the Uhaul place 3 times to get something that worked. The girl who was assisting me at the Front counter did not seem to know what she was doing. It took us over an hr to get on our way and we were late getting back to my apartment to properly move my stuff. I had Elevators reserved from 11 to 1pm and we never got back to my apartment until 11:30am from picking up the Uhaul.
Stacey UThis is my favourite place to rent UHauls. In my job, I help clients move at least once a month. Service at this location is always friendly and efficient, and it is the only location in Grande Prairie at which I have never been overcharged after returning the vehicle. I would highly recommend this location. They are awesome. : )

hu--hugh tUnit was disgusting inside and out. Couldn't even see out the windows. Wheel alignment on the truck was terrible. I had to drive with the wheel cocked to 90 degres to go straight.

Marie MFriendly, fast, courteous, and much less convoluted than renting through typical car rental companies. We weren't moving anything but just needed a vehicle for a day or two while ours was getting fixed. Consider U-Haul even when you don't need to move an apartment or furniture! They're really easy to get along with.

Ronald PI will tell you I'm disappointed, the last time I used this location everything was great, sad to say this time was the complete opposite. The girl in the office was very stand offish, not polite. The trailer was greasy and dirty and had a low tire. I ended up hooking up my trailer because the yard Guy didn't know how. The only person that knew what they were doing and polite was the guy in the office. Pretty much my only positive was that my trailer was there, but since we had to fill the tire I had no confidence it would stay filled

dawson pOnly.down side was that they didn't have the cash on hand for my cash deposit. And they were ganna put it back on my card. But when I left i.noticed it was a purchase instead of a deposit. I called and said they would.fix it but still hasn't been fixed

SHANE BLearn well the area I guess for those call center staffs, for the 2nd last time i did used u haul and already make reservation. They sent me 100kms away just to pick up another unit, which was so inconvenient.

Roy HVery limited parking for U-Haul units and no signage stating returns go in a certain area. Very congested to back up the trailer and could cause incidents or damages to your equipment in the future.
