Just keep doing what you are doing. The entire process from the pick-up to the return was great. Customer service was very through, knowledgeable about the equipment I was renting and did a great job explaining the workings of the hookup.

I am unhappy with this location and experience. After i made my reservation I got a call that my trailer was at this location rather than the one in Tilton on the main road. I was told it was 'Just down the street' it was quite a distance away. Far enough that my sat nav system went off line so did my phone, of course. I had to stop and get direction. I was over an hour late picking up the trailer. Usually someone checks my hitch and attaches the trailer to be sure its done correctly and that I know how to do it myself later. This didnt happen here. I got 'its that one over there.' My overnight location was over 2 hours away. When i returned the traler the next day i was 2 hours past my return time and had to pay for another day. Remember I picked it up an hour late a/c location change. Oh, I didn't take the attendent away from the task they were working on but they knew I was there waiting. That was another 20 mins. When i said I was under an hour late I was told it didn't matter. The computer system did not give the option of making adjustments. I've done business at the Tilton location and they were excellent both times.

The only problem we encountered was having to return the trailer to the rental location to avoid a $500 additional charge. It would have been much better with a one way rental.

I had to go to the Gilford, NH location to pick up my rental truck because the truck I reserved at Moultonborough Self Storage did not allow me to gain access to it. This process cost me time and gasoline cost. I had pre-reserved my truck 1 week ahead of time using your 800 phone #. The person I spoke with did a good job but the manager at Moultonborough Self Storage did not make the truck accessible using your Self-pickup process.

Very easily/quickly reserved truck online - secured truck several days before I needed it. Once in the store it took about 2 mins and we were off. Truck was great/new. All-around a positive experience.
