Lincoln PWe got charged a second time for our rental when we dropped it off! What a scam, and then my wife had to argue that we had already paid! What a huge inconvenience especially this close to Christmas, thanks for the extra stress to pile on top of moving during this time of year. I definitely will not be using u-haul ever again or recommending them to anyone. I am severely disappointed in how this was handled.
William MWhen I picked up the truck i was asked to sign the text option and then was guided to truck which was filthy, smelled, and covered in dog hair. Had to drive this for 13 hours. Not a happy camper.
GARRETT SThe people at Revved Up Motorsports where very nice. The issue I have is that I was moving a piano and said so at pick up. I, and the dozen or so people I talked to after , did not know that the 10 foot truck did not have a ramp. This would have been helpful info have A) while I was renting from the U-Haul site or B) when I told the person at pick up that I was moving a piano. Absolutely no one I talked to after pick up knew there was no ramp on the 10 foot truck. I would not have had any issue upgrading to another truck if I had known. It would have been helpful to have something pop up while reserving on the U-Haul site telling me this or to have the pick up person mention it. I literally cried because it added a crap ton more work to moving the piano. I only got the U-Haul in order to make things easier...it really didn't.

Alana LI love that uhaul is collaborating with smaller local businesses to provide pick up and drop off locations. It makes it convenient for the renter to have a few options as to where something can be rented of returned.
Jesse CNo masks on during a pandemic. Short with me. And charged me a $25 cleaning fee for smoking when I am not a smoker and didn't once smoked in the uhaul.

Jenna BLet people know they will be charged a fee for not folding blankets. Was not advised and charged $30. Have left them unfolded in the past and wasn't charged. Way to lose a customer over $30.

lynda aDolly and blankets should be available for at a refundable fee. Discounts should be given when there are no trucks availble in the city at the size you need. I had to rent a truck double the size and double the costs only because there were none available anywhere in ada county. I was disappointed that I wasn't offered a discounted rate.

From the moment I walked in, I was treated to a comfortable, friendly, and efficient rental process that was far beyond any service I've had before at a Uhaul location. The location was easy to find and conveniently located on a major thorofare in Meridian. I would rent from here again for sure. I'm even going to go back for the awesome selection of anything motorcycle related and they even have a schedule for local group rides. Merci encore!
Scott CThe lock to obtain the key was extremely hard to access. Even harder to put the lock back on. The truck had leaves and feathers in it, which I cleaned out. The only thing that was good was the assistance over the phone and the truck ran well.

Jennifer WEvery was fine until the keys got locked in the uhual and was told they couldnt help me because i didnt go through a uhual dealer. Even the tow guy i called told me the provide uhual and it should be cover in road assistance but i got no help and had to pay 65 out of pocket.
Alma GMake sure the vehicle that is reserved is available. I spent over half an hour trying to pick up my rental because the vehicle I rented was not available and my reservation had to be reassigned.

larry sI got charged $100 for cleaning. When I went through another company they didn't do that. I think it's ridiculous that they charged that much on a small truck.

Will DLocation is set back off road in small strip mall. Signage is very minimal equipment is parked in back of building. If they're going to rent your equipment I would make them improve signage and place a piece of equipment out front.
