Kile LewisThere wasn't a person at the location of our pickup, so this made it difficult on us for two reasons. The first being that we never even got a call from uhaul giving us further directions until 11, and our scheduled pick up was at 10. We essentially paid for an extra previous hour when we didn't even get to use our uhaul until around 11:30. The 2nd reason it hurt us with no one being at the location was because my 68 year old dad was the only person there to get the trailer, and he surely cannot physically lift and connect the uhaul by himself, so we had to call a friend to drive out there and help him. Very unprofessional service. Also, Marcus, a uhaul employee who works in the Demopolis, AL area, is very incompetent and unprofessional and should definitely be reconsidered in his position.

RONALD ALDRIDGENo Rep was at location for over an hour after place opened at 10am, which was already 90 minutes past requested time. Had to call cel of number listed on door who said he was not scheduled to come in. Regional manager could not be reached by this rep as it was learned my truck was stolen the day before. They had another truck available but could not locate keys until 11:15am. That truck was provided as a substitute but it was not checked in from previous customer so I had to wait another 30 minutes. We did not get out of there until 12:15pm - totally unacceptable and would like partial refund.

Jennifer SanchezBe sure to indicate/notify UHAul with late openings or holiday closures. Website did not indicate location would be closed during normal business hours. When UHaul customer service was contacted, there was no record or reporting of the location being closed during the normal business hours. At least place a sign on the entrance door if location is closed outside of normal hours.
