They had a truck that I needed that day but refused to let me rent it because it was reserved for the end of week to be used locally. (Friday) I feel like I should have able to rent it and uhaul may could take charge and get the Reynold's another to their location before Friday. She never told me that they had trailers available and so I went in circles to get back there and rent a trailer instead

Wasn't pleased that I was charged for another day with the weather being extremely bad with continuous heavy rainfall making traffic extremely difficult and being extra careful and only being a little under two hours different and the drop off location sighnage not in a good location to be seen because the vehicles are located in the back of the building.ive done a lot of business with uhaul lately but I believe I should look for other options

Was given the smallest truck to move an entire household. The truck ran bad and smelled horrible. Because I couldnt fit much on this truck we had to make several trips but there is no way I did over 100 miles in this truck. The odometer needs to be checked! This was my WORST moving experience!!

I rented a Uhaul truck right at closing on Friday. Location is closed Sat and sun. BAD storm on Saturday. NEVER picked up truck. They kept rental fee and insurance even when truck was never used.

Eddie & Teressa Reynolds are very courteous and made sure the truck was ready. They even came in a little early to make sure I got started on moving things before they normally open at 10 a.m. Really appreciated that.

This is the third time the following has happend to me when I rent from UHaul: I reserve a certain size truck online, and it is accepted by Uhaul as available. Then one or two days before the rental, you call me and say that that size truck is unavailable. This is false advertising and should not be done.
