Make sure if a customer reserve the truck have it available at pickup time…. No excuses

There was no time between drop off of the last customer and pick up of mine to allow time for cleaning of the vehicle

Though closed, personnel were there and opened up to allow me to drop off outside their normal hours.

Have better availability to drop off vehicles some locations have fences around them where you cannot drop off the vehicle properly

Make sure tag is in date, luckily I didn’t get stopped - trailer had a tag that expired 3/31/22

My pickup location changed without notice and I wasn't contacted by the original pickup location. I had to drive a total of 50 minutes for to pick it up and the same to drop off. Extra charge for gas and no apology from uhaul for the mix up.

Still waiting on my $82 to be refunded. I brought the ubox back second week of July and was charged in august. No one there removed it from my name though it was there. They found it, but yet to refund my $82.

Nothing wrong with local site. Website and customer service are abysmal. Changes at the last minute. Incorrect info from humans in customer service. All of it was truly the worst I have experienced.

I called Stan's TV a week prior to pickup to learn more about the process. A gentleman from Stan's stated a truck with requested equipmt would be delivered to his location. My pick up time was 3pm. I was not aware that the pick up location was change until the day of.. After being told were the truck was, arriving late at Rich's, I was told none of the ordered equipment and pads were available.. Out of equipment since Memorial Day.It appeared to be a surprised to both locations that a truck was ordered. Both locations are online. How could they not know??

I requested a UHaul from location in Hoover Al, was changed to Birmingham 10 miles north, facility was not open for pickup, when we called number provided we were told they would not make it available until actual pickup time and said to come back. We then had to drive an additional 10 miles north to pickup a different truck. After being in military and moving every couple of year, this had to be the worst experience of any move we've done.

I have never had any kind of trouble renting from this location. If we ever need a uhaul in the future we'll definitely be using this location.

Well I drop it off and there was a big dog there if I was afraid of dogs I wouldn’t have drop the equipment off

A walk around/introduction of the truck would be helpful. All of the information was available via the various informational stickers, but it still would have made the adjustment to a large vehicle easier.

Have a better knowledge and understanding of the company software. Vehicles should be clean.

New dealer. Dealer was good but started out in a difficult situation due to UHaul's endless steam of mistakes with the reservation

No issues with Rich's at all. I have a HUGE issue with Uhaul as a company and how not helpful the regional and corporate staff were when i was trying to get a refund for a rental. Feel free to contact me with any questions. too much to type here: 615-969-4747
