Turning in the uhaul was super easy I just walked up and handed the key to the employee they were friendly and I was in and out in less than a minute. Location was pretty looked more like a bank than a uhaul place. No complaints.
Heather D.I wanted a 20' Truck and was told Fri before my Monday rental that they only had a 26' available, but at the same price. All worked out fine, that Moving Van is a beast, big difference in driving a 20', but it worked out great.
David S.I was very unhappy that the scale you tell customers to use for refueling is very inaccurate!! I only needed to refuel to 3/4 of a tank and before I even got to the gallons recommended the tank was FULL. I OVERSPENT on fuel & lost the amount over where it should have been. This was costly to me!! The needle doesn't move unless the truck is running & of course it's illegal to fuel with a running vehicle. I got screwed and hope this comment helps the next customer!!
Denise A.Clean your trucks, and tell the salesperson to not lie about if the truck has more fuel in it than when you picked it up that you DONT get credit for it. Truck was very dirty had to sweep the inside out before we could load anything in it, also inside cab was very dirty had to clean the windows before I could drive it

Timothy A.I had to do all the connections myself - the person at the U Haul place did nothing and then the guy working there even asked me if I could help out a lady that was needing a cargo trailer hooked up to her vehicle lol - by the time I was done hooking mine up and getting a vehicle on the car hauler - he'd gotten her fixed up. I thought they were supposed to help customers do all of this.

GILBERT M.The truck was disgustingly dirty (trash, potato chips, a smoked marijuana joint...yes, seriously!) and it had no gas in the tank. The truck read 15 miles to E when we got in and the gentleman told us he didn't have time to fuel it up so he was going to give us a fuel credit on our bill (which he did-thank you. It was just an inconvenience to have to fuel up before being able to use it)

KYLE B.I didn't rent anything. I am in Houston, TX. I called the UHaul agent in Plains, Ohio. He said there must have been an error and he would take care of it. I guess he didn't take care of it. Please let me know how I rented something, returned it when I wasn't even in the state.
PATRICK P.The equipment was clean, but while the UHAUL was in working condition, the transmission is obviously slipping. I think people are afraid to report the issue, because they're afraid that they will be charged for damaging it. When taking off, I had to speed up very slowly and wait for it to shift to second, then it was ok after that.
