Medicine Lodge was friendly and accommodating after my reservation location changed the day before and I had to drive an hour and a half round trip to complete my reservation with Uhaul.

Had reserved the truck in our hometown of Pratt, Ks however, when I showed up at the designated pick up time I discovered that Mead Lumber had given my reserved truck to another individual. I had to speed 30 miles south to medicine lodge, Ks to get a truck. Luckily the rental place in medicine lodge had posted a sign on 5e door announcing a emergency phone number for the plumbing side of the business. I believe if a piece of equipment has been reserved and the reservation was accepted then the reservation needs to be honored. This incident could have resulted in serious implications for the elderly person my wife and I was moving.

I was forced in a truck way to big bc they kept their 15 ft on reserve for a local guy even when he isn't using it. The had 3 26ft and didn't want to come off it. Making me use at least 150 more in gas

Everything perfect. The only thing I would change about U-Haul is to find away to have my preferred pickup location where I actually pick up my equipment. Traveling long distance when you're moving cross country imposes very hard on time constraints and the added fuel cost to drive to a far away location.

Reimburse customer for extra gas when rental truck only had 2-3 gallons in it due to someone stealing 1/2 tank the night before rented! Its hard to drive the last 35 miles near empty risking running out of gas, so it was returned with 1/4 tank more than it had at start of trip. This cost me $50+ of unnecessary expense!

We were suppose to pick up our rental in Liberal Kansas. Since we were moving we no longer had internet nor phone service and were not notified in a timely manner that we had to travel an additional 150 miles to pick up our rental. When we arrived we found that the furniture pads that we also rented were not available. The entire process for this leg of our move was a fiasco. We will be renting another Uhaul in about 1 week from Savoy with a different drop off and we hope that the experience is much better
