This was my first time renting from Uhaul. The customer service attendant was not helpful or informative. The website for the return was terrible, the pictures were nearly impossible to load, it took over an hour to return the truck. I feel your website should be improved.

I’m very upset with the overall experience. I order a 26’ foot truck to be picked up in our town of Franklin, MA and received multiple confirmation notices. The day we went to pick of the jump the location said not only do they NOT have the truck we order but they have no trucks at all. We have to drive 45 minutes out of way into another state to pick up a 15’ truck. We didn’t receive any money for the difference, no apologies, and no explanations.

I left the truck spotless. I didn’t think I would be charged $25.00 for not folding 6 moving blankets. Won’t be a return customer there for that reason alone.

Have the uhaul representative have a system to know when the truck is returned.I asked him how he knows when the truck is returned he said we'll know. I assumed they would of had a camera time stamp to know. He doesn't, because I returned it on a Sunday when there closed he charged me for two days, which I had let him know about. He did fix the bill, but I shouldn't of had to waste mt time to have to bring it up.How many people don't even look at their bills to notice? Thanks, Mark

First of all I wasn’t supposed to pick up from this location and I ordered a number of moving items to go along with the truck. I picked up a few of those items from another location the night before and was assured that the rest of the items would be in the truck. When I got to the truck in the morning the place was closed and the back door was frozen shut. So assumed all that I ordered was in the back of the truck. It wasn’t.
