Remove this location from your roster and never send anybody there. The place was an absolute trash heap, like walking through an actual junkyard. There were oil pans leaking, broken down vehicles on jacks trash all over the place. When I got there, they were supposed to open at 10:00, nobody was there I ended up having to do self checkout after contacting U-Haul directly and didn't get out until 11:00. The whole place was an absolute nightmare. I wouldn't send my worst enemy.

First, the customer service was excellent. The associate the helped us was extremely friendly and did his best to get us on the road quickly. The app and website on the other hand, worked terribly. I had booked the 24/7 pickup option since we were picking up the truck before the place opened. At no point did that option work. The website and app never gave me the option to "pick up my truck" and instead led me on a circular caucus race to no where. Do better. So because the app and the website were not functioning, we had to wait for an associate to arrive to help us get the truck. Which we would have had to do anyways because the truck was blocked in by some semi parked in the lot. So all in all we booked for 8:30am pick up and instead didn't get on the road until after 10:45am. Causing us to be hours behind schedule. The truck also had no tail lights, which we didn't notice until we were on the drive to return the truck. Because it was dark enough to see they weren't functioning.

i couldnt even get my uhaul until 30 minutes late because someone had to come to give me the key, then when he did he was just on the phone the whole time, didn’t apologize or feel bad or try to fix the problem. & the whole place is just so unorganized and unprofessional

I picked location due to its proximity to the FWA airport. The place looks like a junkyard, and while we figured out where to drop off the key, nobody was there after 10:00 a.m. although that was the time it was supposed to be open. I would use the location again however due to being close to the airport. But the appearance of the place and lack of personnel doesn't inspire confidence.

You guys literally charged me for a dolly that I didn't receive, and the truck's passenger side mirror was totally broken, swinging around, and unusable. Driving on the interstate with no passenger mirror was TERRIFYING. I'm still waiting for someone to contact me and refund part of my money, since they didn't even provide the equipment I asked for.

Returned dolly on Sunday (day 2) at 11:38am and was charged for 3 days. I never was told anything about a text link to check out or check in on. I'll never use UHaul again

I returned my uhaul to the location my pick up location guy told me to. Nobody was at the location to drop off so I left the keys in the drop box. I was then charged and extra days rental.

When I arrived for my rental, I was an afterthought the entire time. The employees' (I think that's what they were? The attire was unmarked tshirts, jeans, and athletic shorts) focus was their conversation, and how much money they could make flipping cars. When I returned to drop off, the lot was full of junk cars, and the one-way path to return the trailer was partially blocked by a parked car. I had to drive over a curb, and scratched the roof of my car on a tree branch in the process.

The location was not an official Uhaul retail store. It was a poorly kept used car location that looked like a junk yard. The retailer wrote down the fuel line indicator incorrectly. I took a picture before I left the lot.

No one there at the start. Figured out where to park it & started self check out. Operator then showed up & finished check in.

The person at the site did not look over the vehicle or verify any information. They simply asked if there was the appropriate amount of gas & took the keys. We were given no closing paperwork.

I needed assistance after dropping off my rental and there was no one available, no one running the location even though their hours stated they were open When I tried and called the number rang to a voice mail that was not set up. While i was doing this someone pulled in to get a rental amd thought I was an employee because I was the only one there. When no one was able to help her she just left.

I was told I could drop off the truck to any location near me as I’m wasn’t familiar with the area and they charged me after I called customer service and was told I wasn’t going to be charged Bc I didn’t know I had to select a drop off location when I picked up the truck.

The facility was a little difficult to find, although there are signs indicating the location. Not sure what could be done to resolve the problem. The staff person was friendly and gets an A for customer service.

Dealing with the owner was great. He was very helpful and went above and beyond. I would love to see U-Haul do more for this guy and his business. He has a good location to Southwest Allen County residence. Under most circumstances I will now go here for my U-Haul needs vs driving to Coldwater Road/Fort Wayne U-Haul as I always do. If you want to get in and out with your U-Haul rental and also get the personal service you want by working with the business owner himself, this is the place to go. If all you need is a U-Haul rental and not all the extra moving supplies, consider this location.

They didn't open until 1 pm and I needed my car and trailer removed so my movers could unload the truck. I had to do it myself at my house and then Uhaul had the nerve to charge me another day!! I will never recommend Uhaul!!

Make sure you give to the customer the service they request not what you want them to have, and charge them for services they did not ask for.

The place looks horrible I didn't even know it was the right place they was junk cars everywhere the owner was late so his friend who was helping him loaded up the u haul to my truck only to find out later it wasn't connected right and it popped off in the driveway of the furniture place I was going to which thank the lord it wasn't on The road while I was driving. This could have damaged my truck I am thankful it didn't but still very negligent and while I was watching the guy who fixed the mistake as I know nothing about trailers he definitely did not tighten it down properly. The way this business is ran is just bad I will never ever go there again

After 3 emails and a phone call, this was NOT our pickup location. Uhaul is famous for not having the truck at the assigned pickup location which I was told four times that it would be. Had to drive out of the way to get the truck, tire was low according to dash gage and they wouldn't fill it. Went back to the location where we were supposed to pick up truck and they filled it for us. Really? Get with it uhaul! A courtesy call saying the truck wasn't available at original location would have gone a long way. Not hard!

This place left me feeling very uneasy. It's a former bank property with little signage and a tight, narrow little driveway that was cluttered with all sorts of Uhauls placed sporadically here and there. It was tough to get into and rather difficult to find a place to drop off the truck. There wasn't anyone around.

5-6 people in office area, very disorganized and messy area no one welcomed me or said anything when I entered. I had to say I'm here for a trailer a guy had to call someone and it just seamed like they had no clue what to do.

I was parked in when I got there so luckily there was someone there. The inside and back of the truck were dirty and I sent the truck back cleaner then when I got it. It said the truck was full when I got it but it was only at half tank but the gentle men that was there told me it would be fine. The miles were also not right and he said I wouldn't get charged for more mileage and I did. So far the worst experience I've had with a uhaul ever. The location was very convenient for me and that's the only reason I rented from there.

This location is very challenging for the return of large trucks (I had a 26'). The parking lot is less than ideal for navigating and the uhaul return area is small with several obstacles that need avoiding

Even though I had a reservation email, I arrived at 10a, and the location wasn't open. I called and the agent didn't have the reservation number, nor was he even at the location. I had to reserve another uHaul, because he didn't have the right size at the site, and ended up wasting another 30-45 min reserving and picking up another unit. When I finally did get the unit, I had to return it before 5pm in order to use a different card as the payment method. So I payed $60 to keep the unit for 5hrs instead of 24. I will never use or recommend that location again.

Terrible customer service. My reservation was not available.no one at the location to even talk to. Sent me to a store that was closed. 2 hrs I spent waiting to get my trailer. Never again will I do business with this garbage company

This has nothing to do with the location, but the check in app, really is not user friendly! If it wouldn't have been for the property owner doing it for me, I'd probably still be trying to check in.

This location needs to be rethought. The area the 26' truck was parked was Very VERY difficult to drive from or park in the available space because the is little driving room and the area is bordered by trees which become a barrier to leaving and to situating the truck. The big tricks should be in the spaces farther to the north and the smaller rentals to the South.

There was no signage for the company. I might not have known where it was had I not been from the area. The people there were very nice and helpful though!
