Believe it or not, I couldn't find one thing to improve at the Riehl's location in Clarksboro. Staff was polite, friendly, and helpful. Truck, hand truck, and dollies were the cleanest I have ever seen in a U-Haul. Just an excellent job and experience.

I picked up the transporter @9:30am, was installed on my truck by the yard guy. As always I asked the gentleman to please check out the lights, I put on my headlight along with my 4 ways, this will check the running lights and the 4 ways check for brake, turn signals and stop lites all in one step. I was told everything was fine, When returning home that night the running lights did not work. I pulled over and checked the running lights plug for power, had power. Now after I used the trailer I returned it to my drop off location and reported that the running lights did not work for the 70 mile remaining trip in the dark. A few days later I received an email from uhaul that the toll person failed to charge me for the trailer, so I take it that I’m responsible for a toll collector that didn’t do her job since she didn’t see a trailer behind my truck at 1:00 pm in the afternoon. So I payed for her mistake, so I feel that your equipment was not properly working for my rental with the approval of uhauls yard guy I feel I should be intitled to a refund. I’m sure you would of made me pay for the ticket I could have received while operating your trailer. I sent a complaint in by email after I payed the toll, and never got any response at all from uhaul! By the way if I didn’t pay the toll within 3 days I would have had to pay an extra $30.00 fee on top of the toll. Kenneth Norris 856 423 7058

Explain the operation of the vehicle more. I could not find how to adjust the outside mirrors, The enterior light stayed on. I guess it goes off automatically. Repair the driver door. It was very hard to close.
