The smart phone check in and check out system was a pain in the ass. Why is it my job to photograph the truck and and do your check list. An employee should do it. That is customer service. Not only was my ID taken when I checked in , it also had to be uploaded via my phone. I renting a truck not applying for the secret service. The last thing someone wants to do after moving all day in 112 degree weather is run around the truck photographing inside and out then trying to send it through your system via a tiny phone screen.

Uhaul gave me the run around two weekends in a row. .. not truck at location. . why do you spend so much time calling .. confirming etc. . .when behind the scenes at uhaul . .there is no plan.

Would not recommend the drop off at 6060 E Main in Mesa ,AZ. Paid $33.23 from Payson to Mesa. Wanted to charge me $153.00 to go back, scam.

If there is a specific location where truck needs to be dropped off, it would have been nice to know that up front. I received a text from U-Haul informing me where the drop off location was 30 minutes AFTER I returned truck to a location 3 blocks away from me, and left keys in the drop box. I had to go there Monday morning, retrieve the keys, and take it to your designated "drop off" location.

very bad customer service they keep playing with the rate they told me 20 dollar rate and next mints its 40 and for miles they said .69C a mile they charged me 99 i dont recommend any one to go there very poor customer service now i have to pay over 225 dollar

The truck was really dirty. The inside was ok, but the outside had bug splatter all over and the windshield was really dirty too. Looked like it hadn't been washed in a while.

This location was excellent. However, my reservation online was set up for a 26’ truck at a location called At Your Convenience. They called to confirm my reservation earlier in the week. When I arrived they did not have any trucks. I was stranded without a rental truck. As I waited while they called around to locate a truck, I stared at the display of bongs and pot pipes behind the counter. What a horrible location to represent your brand. A 20’ truck was located at Right Space storage. That location was perfect. As I had to drive further from my location, the clerk reduced my mileage to 49 cents per mile to try to accommodate the additional fees I incurred. My experiences with uhaul have always been a mixed bag. You should revoke the agreement you have with At Your Convenience. I don’t believe they represent your brand in a positive light.

We did not check the mileage to the mileage listed on the contract. When we returned it they stated that we went over 70 miles. We traveled only approx 20 miles. We learned a lesson to double check the beginning miles.

I reserved online to save time and scheduled for 4pm I got there @345 to find a sign on door saying wouldn't be back till 415??? Then when they got back I had to give all the information to the guy again so it saved no time and I think when something is scheduled for a specific time ...you shouldn't close down and not reopen till 15 mins after the appt.

I put 35 gal in the fuel tank before dropping off after hours. Since the truck did not have a locking fuel cap and the after hours drop off was in a non attended lot, would i have been liable if someone had siphoned the gas out before the office reopened the next morning?

Pickup location told us to drop off at any location in St George. Went to nearest location to my home. They would 't take it. Finally decided they could take when I got upset. I don't know whether pickup location or drop off location was wrong, but this needs to be standardized at U-Haul. Equipment was good and performed well.

The only person who could check in the trailer was not present. Left paperwork and trailer with a promise it would be taken care of. Received a call two days later asking why I hadn't turned in the trailer. Apparently the person at Right Space Storage had not taken care of my paperwork and logged the trailer as returned or at least had not checked it off on the U-Haul site that tracked the trailer. I was disappointed at them not following through with their promise to "take care of it."

Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. The trailer I rented broke down on me in the middle of the desert and it took a mobile mechanic to 5 hours to get there when Uhaul continued to say they'd be there in 45 minutes. I've been trying to speak to a customer service manager for two weeks and still have not received a call from uhaul. All they've done for me on the phone is waste my time on hold and give me different phone numbers of people to talk to and I've yet to talk to a customer service manager.

We requested Fountain Hills as pickup site weeks ahead. We were very unhappy that we had to go to Mesa for pickup. We had hired help and we had requested 8:00 pickup and had hired help arriving at 9. We had to redo the help and we had to drive miles out of our way. We saw your statement that your pick up location is guaranteed or there is a $50 refund. We did not receive it.

First of all I was told 8:30 and they did not show up till 8:40 to open and I had movers coming at 9. Second the truck was dirty with trash and food still in the truck. Unfriendly service and I requested and confimed to have an appliance dolly but was told they don't have those. Not a good experience. Third they tried to overcharge me on insurance. Fourth they did not walk the truck to see how poorly maintained it was.

I was overcharged for mileage. Actual mileage on truck was 7418 miles, but Uhaul had it down as 7400 miles. I spoke with the agent and they said they would correct it. They did not. I contacted them when i received the receipt and they apologized and said they would correct it. They have not. I tried calling back... answering service. I replied back to the email and again requested they credit my account. still waiting to hear back.
