Office was unattended we arrived with no way to contact owner. THe rep was very polite but once he arrived, the process took way too long - he had to get on the phone to clarify some glith, UHaul basically forced me to buy the insurance.JOHN B.

Check wiper blades a little more frequently. I ran into rain and the blades were skipping from being worn. Also, clean inside of windshields. Dirty glass and bright sunlight aren't a good mix.Elizabeth P.
The drop-off instructions said to call before going to drop return the truck. I called three different numbers, multiple times, and only received the same recorded messageâ€"even after the location was supposed to be open per the recorded message. The key drop nos did not look safe so I didn't leave the key. I went to run other errands, waiting for a phone call. I have tried to use the U-Haul app a couple of weeks ago to return a trailer, but it couldn't be made to work (permissions or something like thatâ€"the app is NOT user-friendly and it is time-consuming, also). I finally (after about an hour) received a call from the drop-off location and had to interrupt my errands to return and complete the return. The gentleman at the drop-off location was very nice and helpful, but he had to use an app to check the truck inâ€"and it took time and seemed kludgey from his comments while trudging through the process. The truck was clean and well maintained. The inside of the windshield was CLEAN!!! (I travel a LOT for work and most rental car windshields are very dirtyâ€"some bordering on unsafe.) The truck was easy to drive and got decent mileage. Everything workedâ€"except the USB ports in the dashâ€"the internal connectors were pushed too far back to plug cables in to them. Using most ratchet straps to secure loads or individual pieces is very difficult as most ratchet straps have metal hooks which DO NOT hook to the wooden strips on the walls. Ropes are also prone to slip.Joseph C.

I originally reserved a uhaul in Massachusetts but they failed to tell me there was no 20' truck until 6pm the day before my big move. It was a nightmare! The man in Lebanon where I got a 15' truck was helpful and friendly though.Justin M.
I drive two exits extra to rent from here as I move a lot of equipment w to work. I have zero patience to be honest and this place makes it so easy. Ray has been super helpful and understanding of your needs if you're in a hurry and he is organized and on point.BARBARA K.

My rental was for 24 hours. I get there to pick it up and was told that the paper work said 4 hours. I rented an appliance dolly. There was none. So that was removed from the bill. The person who returned the truck had locked the keys inside so I had to wait for a locksmith. There was food up under the passenger side seat. Which we cleaned out so we wouldn't be blamed for it being there. We returned the truck with a full tank of gas and clean front and back. Today, I go to my bank and find a bogus double charge. One for $109,54 and a second of $214.76. Totaling $ 324.30. My contract says that $133,02 was what my actual is. Yes, that $ 133,02 is correct. But, not $ 324.30. I am getting the run around and am EXTREMELY DISGUSTED with your company's lack of professionalism. I expect the $191,28 to be returned to me immediately!!!
